I purchased a 4 gallon buffer swing machine bucket and I didn’t received it I call your customer service and they told me that they were not responsible for what happened because they had shipped it in wrong lot. The lot number I originally set it was “lot184” and they shipped it to “lot18” I had not seeing the email of dropped off confirmation and when I noticed i called immediately two weeks later I had to go over to lot18 and asked if they had received my package and they had it in the trash can ready to throw it away. If it wasn’t because that trash doesn’t get picked til Friday my package would of been gone

Over the years I have ordered several items from clean freak- equipment/supplies. Every interaction has been fantastic. If I have a question I call and speak with a knowledgeable staff member if they don’t have the answer they take the time to research and find it than call me back in a timely manner. It is very refreshing to do business with a group of people who truly care. Kevin.

I found out the Product I purchased was a special order, and shipping was going to be longer, but nowhere did it say that until two days after purchase date. Customer service was less than helpful and arrogant. Pretty sure I’m done with clean freak after using them in the past, sorry, but you guys blew it!

All the items I ordered came as ordered and on time. Will reorder from them when the time comes.
