I have bought a few thing from you all and never had an issue

It seems as if no one at Clean Freak fits the right size parts to the machines or parts that are ordered or a history of orders. I have to keep spending money to get the right parts that fit right on the machines I have purchased. I have parts sent to me that fit nothing and I paid for these parts because Clean Freak said they fit, yet they DO NOT. Not sure how much longer I am willing to do this.

Better than what I expected for stripping floors... I purchased the "Trusted Clean 'Quench' Wet Push Vacuum-18 gal" and was skeptical because there weren't enough pictures when I checked it out online. I honestly don't know what the struggle was when putting it together since another coworker did that for me. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the instructions weren't that great. The one I found said what to do but what good was that when I didn't know the terms of each part. I just did a quick youtube video on one that was similar, and it was easy after that. I will say it's a little hard to kick up the front squeegee part but it's no big deal. It was very easy to empty. I detached the back hose and ran water in the machine to make sure everything was all cleared out.

Purchased the mytee lite 8070 extractor. A hose connecting to the heater was leaking solution on first use. I contacted CleanFreak about the issue. They responded within 15mins and had the manufacturer send a new hose. A week later CleanFreak equipment department called to follow up and make sure the new part was properly working. Fantastic customer service!

I have not received my 30 inch wide vacuum yet!

I spent a week looking at a floor scrubber. After pulling the trigger on the $1500 purchase I was notified it was back ordered for 1-3 weeks. Never saw this in the purchase process. Then after three weeks of waiting I initiated the conversation and they tell me another month. Now a total of 7 weeks out. Not real happy with this transaction and feel deceived.

The machine seems fine. The shipper lost our shipment and instead of Clean Freak trying to locate it, or arranging a replacement, I had to make all of the phone calls between R&L and Clean Freak and I still had to pay for the freight. No apology, no assistance.

Other than I had to wait four more days and never heard exactly what time it was delivered or told me a message it was delivered all went well I guess. I bought for a job that I never used on due to late delivery. So I will try it Monday on another job . Thanks

I used this machine on september 15 2022 and it didn’t disappoint at all. This machine got so much dirt. This is one of the best purchases i made ever.

Just ok smell not very pleaseing

I purchased a vacuum for our school facilities department but when it came in there was no hose. I have contacted two more times and still have not received a date in which the hose will be delivered.

Equipment arrived in good condition. No problem.
