Product works great, the pressure mower does exactly what its suppose to do. Can cover a lot of surface in very short time. Having the wand option on the rig itself is a great idea, so that you don't multiple pieces of equipment on the job site. The only down side was the my pressure mower was damaged in shipping, front wheel was damaged. Had to make some adjustments so that it could role around with out any issues. Other than that I am extremely happy with the product that the Clean Freaks build.
i bought something that was missing an attachment and when i asked about it i was told it doesn't come with it even though the picture clearly showed it and it didnt say it didnt come with it. They responded that they would look into it and that was a week ago with no return call whatsoever.

I ordered this machine and the parts they sent for the hose is not a good fit it comes off the machine when you go to pull the hose out from and then it sucks in air and now I have to wait for the new parts to use the machine so buyers beware
it was broke. I don't have a box to send it back in and I loss money on jobs
The problem is I ordered a 17 inch buffer carpet scrubbing brush with carpet glide on March 13th 2023 and received the item the first week in June 2023. It took almost three months to get. Other than that, the product works great
