I ordered a fan that was advertised as doing 2,800 CFM. When I measured the air flow I got about 1,000 CFM. I don't think it was their problem. I think it was the labeling by the fan manufacturer. Anyway, I contacted them and they agreed to a full refund including shipping. Based on their professionalism and customer orientation, I give them 4 stars. I would go back to them again.

Customer service was exceptional

Had to pay for my return. Ordered a buffer with pads. Pads were to big for the unit. Also, waited forever for the buffer so I had to cancel and order elsewhere. That other company did a good job of getting me the buffer. Much better then YOU!

I was amazed how helpful the sales manager was and so kind and knew exactly what I was wanting on a dry stripping machine. I needed it desperately for a floor job. Showed up in a couple of day after ordered. I have a 4000 sq ft shop and this machine makes cleaning very easy. Floor gets cleaned way more often now and way cleaner than mopping. Machine works great, no complaints. I would definitely recommend. Mopping sucks.

The vacuum we ordered arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it was damaged when it arrived, but the customer service was excellent and we got the new parts we needed to get the vacuum up and running.

We had our equipment being delivered to an address in North Carolina due to an old address that had been used several years ago by another company. The old saying that you are measured by how you react under adversity verses when everything goes right. The issue was corrected and we received everything in a very timely manor.
