Everything good just shipping sometimes is expensive I bought 2 gallons of extractor care for $$45 dlls but the shipping is almost 30 dlls more almost same value as product :(

I purchased a solution tank for my rotary floor machine. The solution delivery mechanism is too tight to deliver the solution and then shut off. This causes all the water in the tank to run out onto the floor. A big problem. I also bought a small extractor which came with a hand tool. The opening of the hand tool is a series of small holes. These trap hair and fibers in the opening. I have to disassemble the tool (6 screws) to clean it after each use. Again, another problem. Any suggestions?
User friendly website & great customer service
Machine came with the metal wand creased but we still ysed it then after one carpet the pimp oes out so I order another one install and it works until after the next carpet it stops again. Have to check it out and see what is wrong now. Really is a defective unit.
