Great place to buy the items I have had a hard time finding elsewhere. All the specs and information on the website made me confident I was purchasing the right product for my needs. Only suggestion is to fix the glitch in the website that charges massive shipping when increasing quantity to meet discount pricing. I'm better off placing 2 separate orders than ordering the correct quantity.

Last order was a defective floor machine. Ask them to send me a new one and I will send defective back to them. They said no. They want me to ship back to them and would contact me for shipping instructions. Still have not heard back from them. Frustrating process. I will probably spend my dollars elsewhere and look for a company that wants to solve problems for their customers. Not create new ones.

The extractor hose quick release needed to have a quick release changed to fit my equipment, no big deal. When I tried to get it off, it took me, vise grips, and table vise, a heat gun, and 2 hours of work to get the thing off. I don’t know how they got that quick release on there so tight but I nearly stripped off the bolt end staying on the hose to get the quick release off.

You have the bags available for our Hoover Cordless Backpack Vacuum that are not readily available, elsewhere. Order was shipped quickly and price was reasonable. We plan to use CleanFreak (great name by the way) more and more for our cleaning supplies and equipment needs.

Helpful friendly tech reps. Product as advertised. Only complaint on unit is its clumsy in corners. Having to pull it back from wall so squeegee could be retracted and then turned is more than a moderate workout . Thanks and God bless you
