Lucas was great. He answered my numerous questions during my initial call. He was prompt and courteous and placed my order for me on a subsequent call. And even though the Clarke 17” buffer was listed on back order, his assurance that the machine would most likely be available before then was right on target. My machine arrived yesterday. I finally have a machine that can tackle the tough job of paste waxing and buffing my old, unsealed hardwood floors. My experience with Clean Freak—from my initial contact to delivery—was stellar.

Our scrubber arrived quickly and in very good shape. Upon first use I discovered it does not glide along effortlessly like I hoped but much easier than hand mopping. The machine is fantastic my concrete floor looks like new. Very much a time saver and would highly recommend this product.
