I recently had the pleasure of attending an online training session with Tom Beckett on how to use Atlas Citation features effectively. I can't speak highly enough of the experience! Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire session engaging and easy to understand. He broke down the features of Atlas Citation in a way that was accessible to all participants, regardless of their level of expertise. The examples he provided were practical and gave us the confidence to start using the tool properly right away. It was evident that Tom is highly skilled in this area, and his ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way made the learning experience enjoyable and productive. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and his willingness to answer every question, no matter how small. Thanks to his training, I now feel much more confident in using Atlas Citation to its full potential. We’re still in the early stages of our contract with Citation, but our experience so far has been excellent. As a business, we lack in-house expertise in Health & Safety and HR, and these areas can become major distractions from our core operations. Citation has provided invaluable support, allowing us to focus on what we do best. Abbie has been fantastic in helping us get set up on the HR side, and Sarah has provided equally strong support for Health & Safety. Any minor issues we've encountered have been addressed swiftly and efficiently, which reassures me that Citation is genuinely committed to delivering ongoing value—not just securing a contract and moving on, as some providers do. Overall, I'm very impressed and confident in their service so far.

Cold calling sales people very pushy even when DIRECTLY told I am not interested, I only stayed on the phone to make sure he got the point otherwise I would get another phone later. Being told I LITERALLY do not need their services, should end the call

Once again i was pleased to welcome Joanne Munroe for our annual H&S audit. As always she is very pleasant and easy to get along with, while also being professional and efficient. By the very nature of our operations Mondays can be quite hectic, and she was very understanding of this, and was happy to work with me while i navigated both the audit and some critical daily operations. Despite this we still managed to move through all the relevant field of the audit relatively quickly and efficiently, and when i had any questions or queries on certain subjects she was very knowledgeable, and was quick to answer and offer advise and guidance. Joanne also followed up later in the day by way of email, with some further advise and some templates that she thought might be of use, which will indeed be very helpful going forward, and which was very much appreciated. All in all a very slick and hassle free process, and if Joanne is tasked with our audit again next year we will be happy to welcome her back. Thanks

Really good training, relevant and to the point. Lee O'Brien tailored it to our needs and was flexible throughout the hour long session to cover off additional questions we had and gave us some really useful tips. Hugely beneficial in helping us to understand the capability of the platform.
