As a QHSE professional, this has to be the most unintuitive software ever!!! QHSE Management systems rely on documented procedures on how to achieve a desired process, and when you follow that documented process typically you achieve consistent results each time. No not with Atlas. Limited library of material that can guide you on the various function elements of their software. There Mantra of "book Webinar training", cause we know a full saturation on each function element of Atlas-citation will fry your brain, you will only retain a small % of the knowledge imparted, Yet to fill in the training gaps that you forgot about, will have to continue booking Webinar training till you understand fully how to operate our non intuitive software. They push you to use a useless auto Bot You have a Quality Management System and an HSE management system that has been bolted together, yet its divided into two distinct parts, so you can only speak to an Atlas person or Citation person!!!! WHY? Integrated Management System? Small / medium companies typically don't have a full time QHSE resource in house and they are screaming for assistance on how to manage QHSE. So they opt for Atlas-Citation however for a non QHSE person, the sales pitch impresses, they sign up and begin trying to populate and understand Atlas-citation, I guarantee that after a morning trying to fathom their software, they will end up confused, frustrated, at the cumbersome methods applied to achieve a basic function. You are made to feel that you have the problem, because you are struggling to engage, navigate, even to access simple help options. Looking at the other Trust Pilot reviews, i am pleased to see its a common theme, the Quality ethos of continuous improvement does not apply to their software with respect to being user friendly. If your an SME, wanting to develop a Management system for the 1st time, I would not recommend Atlas - Citation.

Called the help desk and Tom Beckett was able to provide me with some excellent training on how to use the system to set up the departments correctly. He was very knowledgeable and made the training fun, providing some good tips to help. He also provided a recording of session so I can refer to this in case I need additional support.

Citation are worth their weight in Gold! Their HR/E.ployment Law advice is invaluable to us as an SME with limited Management Resource, especially the 24/7/365 advice line, enabling access to advice outside the 9-5 Mon-Fri as not all business is. In the last week we are indebted to support from Collette Murray, Gary Foster & Jenna Gibson supporting us with multiple cases at one time. They have helped guide us through a challenging & stressful period and are always empathetic & consider the operational challenges we face & tailor their guidance & advice accordingly. Good, clear, logical advice. Saira Ahmed-Rab was very knowledgeable and give straight forward practical advice. My only criticism, and this is not specifically relating to Saira, is that there can be a delay in getting responses via email which delays the actions you can take in the workplace.
