My experience was just perfect, all the way from buying the vinyl in the nicely set up online store, to recieving product and taking a listen. I found out however, that to actually get the vinyl on the turntable, I had to push it down, since the hole in the middle was about 1-1.5 mm to small to get down on the middle pin( dont know what its called)

Whenever I encounter a problem or have questions your customer support is superb. Every porblem is resolved in an astounding way.

The product arrived quickly. However, there was a crack in the CD case. I've been buying it since 2021, but the CD case is damaged every time. I have no problem listening to music.

LOVE Chillhop music!

I absolutely love Chillhop - their vinyls are always playing at home and on Spotify in the car. I really enjoy being introduced to new artists and the artwork is incredible and fully helps set the tone for my day. The only thing I wish is that there was a little more transparency around ordering vinyl. Why do albums take so long to produce? I preorder an album and have to wait months before it’s even shipped. Literally this morning received notification that my Spring mix has just shipped - um, Summer is already here. If you’re selling a “spring” mix, why isn’t it ready to ship in spring? There might be supply chain issues occasionally but this happens with every seasonal mix - why the long wait? Is there not enough pre-planning? Seriously, I love Chillhop and will always buy mixes and merch. My “complaint” isn’t really a negative, I simply wish there was a better window into that process.

I had to make a change to make order and they were quick to respond and solve my issue before shipping. I also really enjoy their music and art.

Upon ordering the album it immediately refunded me. Maybe it was no longer available. I never return to shops that fail to process an order or show they have things for sale that they don't (like Merchbar or Poshmark). I'll stick with Discogs because I hate refunds. After posting this review a customer service agent from the site told me I should email them for "making it right". I emailed the address they gave me, and it bounced back as not a functioning email. Guess that sums it all up.
