Sometimes I get a little impatient with waiting on those very unique pieces of vinyl, but well assured David in customer service reminds me and assures me that they will be shipped the day the album is released. THANKS DAVID and crew..

I recently received the wrong version of the spring 2023 vinyl so when i contacted customer service David immediately solved my problem and sent me a new one right away fantastic customer service
After waiting many months, the vinyl did not work. I very much would like a refund.
There was a small mistake about the version of the vinyl I ordered; Ben was really quick to answer to the issue and pro active by sending the correct version right away, free of charge. Never had any bad experience with customer service so far, after dozens of purchases from the Chillhop Store!

Ordered the Essentials Summer '23 CD, and shipping from DE to US was only ten days, both the album and postage were reasonably priced, and I had any questions quickly answered. Will come again!

Very quick shipping. Tried to order Milkshake and Mango as well Racoon, but wouldn't allow shipping to US for the bundle. Assume it was based on size, but not sure.
Love the records, always incredible quality in delivery, packaging, and quick delivery once sent, but the delay on essentials collections is a bit disappointing, got my Spring essentials in July (but this was flagged on the shop page!)
