Sam was a great instructor!!

CRES is the best school around. You have so many resources to make upcoming Agents successful. The only issue I had was some of the examples that were used for the content. Frank talked about the bad neighborhoods back in the day and kept calling it “the black ghetto”. It was extremely offensive because blacks, whites, Hispanics also lived there n some of the bad ghetto neighborhoods as well. I hope that moving forward, he could avoid using the term “black ghetto” for those neighborhoods or an example . Thank you!

Mr. Derek McNeal was an awesome teacher.

I had taken the course before and it was just about reading the materials and taking the quizzes. While this may work for others, I needed more. With the online classes and the instructors I learned so much more. Having the ability to ask questions and get real answers interacting with the others in my class was very valuable. Lastly I have watched the videos with Sam and filled in lots of blanks.

CRES is unique and a wonderful learning space that helps me build foundational skills in Real Estate. Mr Sam Zakarian is my favorite instructor because of his in-depth skills in Real Estate field and amazing person. Hence, the teaching style, learning environment, and great resources are a few of what my opinion is about this school. The school created a memorable space to build relationships and discover our goals in life beyond our present world. My recommendation to CSRE is that they should enable networking initiatives like previous students meeting new students either through classroom space or online. As for the material, can there be something like simulation ( online visual interactive learning modules) to practice after instructor delivery of skills. Using simulation illustrations instead of textual models scenarios.

I have learned a lot about real estate.

I like the knowledge that i got from the school, they definitely cover everything. The chapter reviews do help. Although, i do think some of the language and questions could be more up to date faster and put more into lament terms.

Thank you Chicago Real Estate School for a good experience. I am new to learning the field and my instructor, did an amazing job expressing the in's and out's of the industry according to the book. My least favorite part was the classroom location. There were so many distractions during class time. Construction right outside the door and above our heads, along with fitness room next door, playing loud music( which is understandable) but the walls are too thin. Plus at times, they came out in the hallway to exercise. Consider renting a more quieter space. Thanks

What I really enjoyed and appreciated from CRES are all the tools available when taking the all online course. You guys offer everything from study review videos, practice test questions, flash cards etc. These tools were very helpful and informative when doing the self teaching portion. Also the online support every time I had a questions. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't enjoy that the course offered and I thank you CRES for offering opportunities for people and myself included to educate themselves and get their real estate license.

Great instructor.

My teacher was really good. He made understanding the textbook easy , was very patient with everyone. Answered any questions we had. We would have mini quizzes at the end of every class which would help a lot.

In two words: " Sam Zakarian". I had many friends and co-workers who had taken this course at other locations throughout the City and they had taken the test and had failed. I kept asking why they wouldn't wanna retake the test. So, I believe, because of their bad past experience, I kept putting off this course. Just by sheer luck and the fact that I live only 1 1/2 miles away from this school, I chose this location. After taking the class only a few sessions, I realized what a boring subject this was and I realized that Sam was a very skillful instructor who made a very dry, yucky, boring subject palatable with his anecdotes, personal past experience and funny jokes, which to me, they made a world of a difference on a subject like this. We would not have survived the length of the course without him. Knowing that Sam was in charge of the school, I found the school, the staff very accomodating and so cordial. They would go out of their way to welcome you and get you what you need to pass the real estate exam. What is also so important is the website, the accompanying videos, quizzes, ... so much at your fingertip so they have a strong desire to make you a success at this school ! In other words, they are not there just to get your money !

Mr. McNeal is an amazing teacher he definitely deserves 5 stars!!!
