I did the hybrid class and it was just okay. The instructor while experienced and a specialist in her field was not a good teacher of the material. I may have enjoyed it more with a different instructor but was able to get what I needed from it.

Not only are the instructors knowledgeable and very nice, the information is explained in a very simple way where you can understand it, even to those with no real estate background. The webinars are very helpful as well because the instructor throughly goes through the material, but the open dialogue makes the class interactive which is helpful for some learners. All around 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

Sam is an incredible teacher. I came to class ready to absorb all that he taught us. This material isn't always fun but Sam made it interesting with his backstories. Come prepared to listen, write and learn.

Both of the instructors offered a wide variety of information and their personal experiences (with confidentially of course), as well as application of the coursework towards using it within the field, to help us get a good grasp on the information provided in the textbook to apply it to our future endeavors in real estate. They made sure to prepare us for the exams as well as provide resources and moral support.

I had a wonderful experience at the school. I really appreciate their instructors and staff having a Hands on Process.
