Great experience with this school! Sam Z. Was great at explaining everything. I will be recommending this school to anyone I know that wants to get into real estate.

I took Michael Greene's class which I found helpful and well taught. The resources provided by the school, including quizzes, videos of each class for review, extra math problems, etc. were very helpful. I benefited from Sam Zakarian's videos which reinforced what I had learned in class and helped me as I studied. Small quibble, he was working from an older text which was sometimes slightly confusing though workable.

Chicago Real State School is a perfect place to learn, teacher are amazing and they prepare students to be a 100% confident for National and State Exam, and in my experience the information and the system they use is 100% accurate to get your ready for your Broker Exam.

I took the self-study residential leasing agent course. You can read the lessons yourself or listen to the audio book. If you get confused or misunderstand something, the chapters continuously goes over lots of the same material to have a better understanding. Learned so much. Fingers crossed for the exam!!!

My Instructor Danette Foster was amazing, very knowledgeable and instructive in course material, and explained everything to in detail. Made the class enjoyable in its simplicity. Also it was really nice meeting Joe Marella. He offered the school facility to be utilized for studying and also offered resources to help us progress through out the course and preparation for the state exam.

I had a very good experience with CRES. I took my classes online and the teaching by Sam Zakarian is excellent. His method of teaching makes it easier to understand the material. I also like his tips and advice on preparing for and taking the exam. I like the fact that there are lots of helpful practice questions. I also like the fact that I am able to access personal on CRES and my questions are responded to quickly.

5Star RE School Professor Derek McNeal made my learning experience a lot more easier than previous professors. His concepts and style of teaching is unmatched!!

The online class has all the material you need and they even bold the important information in every chapter. The end of the course webinars are a great review and the professor also lets you keep the review PowerPoints!

I searched for months for the perfect school and CRES was definitely it. Thank you to Sam and the content creators of the curriculum for helping me feel overly prepared to take the exam.
