This was so helpful and also easy to navigate - from the online class modules to the instructor-led webinar and review videos, it really prepares you for the test which, while the questions can tend to throw you off, are obvious if you know the material (and read the question a few times).

I love this school they give you real life example. I also love that they offer online class w/ audio book.

I really, really enjoyed the self-study module offered through CRES and I would highly recommend to anyone juggling a million other things in their personal life (i.e a full-time job, family life). First of all, Sam is a great instructor. And I only got to know him via the videos. He’s thorough, and quite frankly, hilarious. I also had Shannon for the webinar portion of the class and she was excellent as well. Both instructors are real estate brokers so they provided helpful insight about the field and advice when looking for a sponsoring broker. While there is a ton of information to study, review and understand, CRES did a great job of providing all the resources I needed. I am confident I will be well prepared for the exam next month. CRES’s response time to my emails were also very quick. I am so glad I chose them to help me on my path to getting my real estate license.

Great and knowledgeable instructors. Sam is very knowledgeable and makes the material easy to understand. I took the self study online course; all I did was watch the chapter videos and follow along. Quizzes and practice exam were very helpful and similar to the state exam questions. I Passed state and National exams first try.

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I took an in person class that was thought by Danette Foster who was professional, informative and to the point. The in person classes and Sam’s chapter review videos online were enough for me to pass the state and national portions of the exam on the first try. The staff does their job by teaching you exactly what will be on the exam and what you need to learn, you have to do your part and study the material that is provided to you.

Taking them Brokerage Course was so easy and smooth the instructor that I had was a great story teller and kept things simple and also give the class pointers on what was directly on the state and national test. This school was a big help Thank You

Excellent course, however I would've been a bit more engaged if a small portion of the material wasn't so complex and dry. Besides the aforementioned statement I would highly recommend the school.

Great school, the instructor was very knowledgeable.

I had the opportunity to have classes with Derek on Saturdays. I think Derek was knowledgeable and helped us showing us what is important for us to know what is on the RE test. I like that Cres offers additional resources to practice and review. What it really surprised me was the location of the classes. My classes where on Cermak Rd

I was very pleased with how the information was presented. The instructor was easy to follow and the information given well prepared you for the weekly quizzes. I have already recommended the course to my daughter.
