I have used this company for over 10 years, recently they have been charging me extra for an additional service to my account which I have never asked for or agreed to. They have cancelled it now but no refund for the 3 months they took the money without my consent. Very dishonest behaviour.

Martin Williams is one of the most thorough engineers/technicians I've worked with. (And that's saying something(!))
