Unfortunately, this rating system won't allow for a 10 star review so 5 stars will have to do. The customer representative that took care of my problem truly went above and beyond for me. They were SUPER quick and definitely knew what they were doing. I wish that I could request them specifically for any future CellHelmet issues. If you're reading this customer service person, thank you so much! I hope that you receive all green lights whenever you're driving, that both sides of your pillow stays cool, or that you're walking down the street and find a $100 bill or something. Awesome and easy customer service via live chat! Smooth assistance with a warranty replacement and Eli even helped me find my purchase receipt from the last time I spoke to customer service in their files! Rotten. I had it 2 days and it broke. It is way too sensitive of a product. I just put the cord in the charger and was told I must have done it too hard. I have had many portable chargers and never had this problem. Biggest piece of junk. I received another one due to lifetime warranry.I will have to possible use lifetimewarranty again I hope not. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I could not even get a black one either time since white gets dirtier easier.

Cell Helmet has been a very reliable and well built product. Reordering was an easy process, and adding the magnetic back to my my new cell phone cover was very easy.

Started off a little rocky but I’m happy at the end. I had an issue with one of your products that was defective. Seems Verizon wouldn’t stand behind it and your company after going back and forth sent a new one to me. Where I work the company we make the customer happy immediately and we deal with the vendor. More convenient for the customer rather than the vendor. I would think you’d like to know if one of your products is defective. A complaint is a gift because then you can fix it
