Great experience with cellhelmet but not so with the company I bought my cable from. The cable went bad after a week and I was out of town and had to buy another cable. When I arrived home I went to the store I bought the cable from and they would not exchange it out. I thought this was very bad customer service and was upset to have to spend more money on another cable after such a short time of use. My recent cable I received as a replacement just went out as well and I will not purchase another or recommend anyone use the products from cellhelmet....It is my belief that cellhelmet products are an inferior product and basically just junk...

Cell Helmet service is excellent. Simple and Easy!

My wife and I were sold a cell helmet for my wife's note 9 cell phone and my note 9 cell phone , to find that when my phone got a damaged screen after a accidental drop and the company assurion that sold us and installed our cell helmet that they have nothing to do with the policy. They then told me that I will have to pay up front and in avance to get my cell phone repaired and or replaced , that I would have to send in the paid in full receipt to cell helmet and wait for them to reimburse for my payment I made . This is not how a traditional insurance policy works . Can you imagine getting into a fender bender with your vehicle and your insurance company says you have to pay infull the repair bill and or replacement cost then send in your paid in full receipt and wait for the insurance company to reimburse their money .I Believe that this is a scam from cell helmet. $ 300.00 may not be a lot of money for some but I believe it might as well be $3000.00 to others like me that do not have it in their budget . So cell helmet is banking on the average man not having the $300.00 and in which case they end up not having their phone repaired or replaced so cell helmet gets the full cost of their product and never have to pay a repair or replacement. So in my eyes this is a scam . I do not recommend anyone buying cell helmet products of any type and they should be reported to the better business buero

After a few emails back and forth the Support Engineer was able to determine that my device was no good. He had a new one sent out to me and I had it within 3 days. Great experience!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I purchased the Liquid Pro ($300) in Nov.'21. I had a small crack on the left hand side of my screen in July'22. I went to the store to replaced it and aftwerwards submitted my claim. The next day, I received an e-mail that my legit claim was denied because the picture I submitted in the registration back in Nov. did not have a complete view of the phone. I was not aware of that and if I had been, I'd have just bought a new phone rather than fixing mine. SInce the small crack was on the left had side, and my registration picture did showed it perfectly the side where it was now broken, the customer service rep he couldn't do anything about it. I must say, it was not easy to get to a live person to begin with. Lots of loop holes and I felt "robbed". I am so disappointed that I will never recommend or buy anything from this company before. It is a shame, when you buy a $70+ protection cover thinking that you have a guarantee for a 1yr period. When in reality something sounds too good to be true, this is a perfect example of it. Don't be fooled by it.

Update: Tl;dr - I would definitely buy cell helmet for every phone I have IF I can be sure I won't need to deal with the support team Longer review - After posting my original review, the cell helmet team got in touch with me and sent me a new cover. The initial response from customer service was a little...pushy. But once the product actually got delivered they were patient and did not bother me. The product itself - I LOVED the cover. It's light, has good grip and takes a pock socket very nicely. I dropped it a couple of times and while the case has markings and some damage from that - my phone is absolutely A OK. Have been using it for almost 3 months now with ZERO COMPLAINTS Original Review: I haven’t received my product. And even after raising a complaint with both USPS and cell helmet, the response was just to wait. In the mean time I have a new phone that’s been accumulating scratches. I can’t say anything about the product though - because I’ve never seen or used it.
