I got into the website to order a new charger that was under warranty. I felt the site was difficult to find the warranty section and called the number listed. They referred me to a website that was the exact same thing and I felt I was going in circles. I found another number to call and they gave me an email address, who gave me different directions to find the warranty section. I ordered a new charger and was sent the wrong one. I finally just gave up.

I was contacted by an Aron after I sent my email query to customer support at Cellhelmet. He after a couple of emails was able to cancel and restart my order before any issue with my credit card payment. Fast and very efficient. All in all, it was very easy to access AND GET A RESPONSE from customer support.

I have had a couple of issues with the cellhelmet for my Samsung A20 phone. These protectors seem to crack easily. The good news is that for $9.95 they have replaced them.

Everthing was great cover fit fine

Phone was on top of car - Flew off and was driven over by several vehicles. Appeared that phone screen was cracked but it was not - Cellhelmet showed crack lines not the actual phone. Thank you Cellhelmet.

The company has great customer service. I have a lifetime warranty and whenever I order a new phone screen after my previous one gets cracked or worn, they ship it promptly. I accidentally ordered the wrong size replacement screen and reached out about it, and they sent me the correct size at no extra cost.

My phone slipped out of my pocket when I was mowing and I unknowingly ran over it with my tractor. The tempered glass screen saver was trashed and the phone protector was askew, but the phone was just fine! Glad the protector had the company name on it as I was able to order a replacement quickly online. (My local cellular store no longer had the right size for my oldish phone.)
