The iPhone case I ordered and received did not come with a PIN number to activate the warranty. I emailed customer service twice with my order number to see if it could be provided to me. I didn’t hear back. However, once I completed a review on this site I immediately received a call from the company. They explained they previously did email me, but for some reason I didn’t receive them. They explain to me that the case I ordered did not come with a warranty and therefore it did not come with a pin card. Because their cases with warranties are called “Pro” it can be confusing when ordering for the iPhone Pro. After checking my order, I had incorrectly ordered the case without a warranty. They offered exchanges and replacements to meet my needs but, I ultimately decided just to keep what I purchased. Customer service team was friendly and accommodating to try to improve my experience. My previous case purchases had good customer service and I appreciate them reaching out this time.

They shipped the product that I ordered in a timely fashion. When I discovered that I didn't need the product after all, they quickly provided directions for returning it for a refund.
As for the service it was great, as for the lifetime replacement it's a lie! Cost for lifetime replacement you don't say it cost $9.99@ time you have to replace. The "Glass" screen protector sucks, this is the third replacement in 8 months, Verizon replaced the others. If you put your phone in your pocket it cracks the "Glass" protector. Samsung A12 phone with case. Not replacing any more.
