Excellent customer service. I received my product in just two days.

If zero stars were an option that what my rating would be for both product performance and customer service. I bought the $300 liquid glass warranty product, which was applied on site before I left the store. 2 months later I dropped my phone, and it broke. I returned to the store receipt in hand and was told I must contact cell helmet directly. Upon calling cell helmet they would not honor the warranty, because the application was never registered. They said it was my responsibility not the stores. Now I seem to be stuck between the store and cell helmet with both implying I am at fault. No way to prove otherwise, so I am out of luck.....Don't waste your money...

This was my first time exercising the cellhelmet lifetime warranty so I wasn't sure of how to navigate the process. Online chat connected me with super-helpful customer support, Aaron, who quickly pointed me in the right direction and provided links to each item I needed to replace. Painless!

I have been using different products in the past for screen protection. I have to tell you nothing beats a Cellhelmet. I received an advertisement for Cellhelmet and decided to try it again. First of all, the price didn’t change much if at all from the last time I purchased one “which was a few years ago “ secondly, you can’t beat the service. Those guys and gals must go a hundred miles an hour to get orders out. It only takes days NOT weeks to get my order. I just purchased a liquid glass for my iPhone 13 mini in green “my fav color “ and already replaced once. Easy and fast no questions asked, just send 9.95 and a return address and within 3 days I have a new glass. They never, ever ask questions . So I have neuropathy in my hands and feet, so I drop my phone alot, I have just cracked my liquid glass again; better than a cracked phone screen.

The best product on the market!

My previous charging cable broke so I decided to order a new one from cellhellmet. The process was fast and easy and my cable arrived earlier than estimated!!!

Complete rip off! I bought the case and liquid glass treatment for my Samsung S22 Ultra. Screen cracked after a few months, and it wasn't even a hard/high fall. It was on a hardwood floor. If you have to file a claim you have to deal with their 3rd party insurance company who is outside the US and has odd hours. They will find every excuse under the sun to reject your claim. Updated: This is how bad the customer service is at Cell Helmet. They replied to my post here to let me know my dispute of the rejected claim was rejected instead of letting me know through the original service ticket. Didn't know until 5 days later that they even replied to this. Complete joke of a company, and I did submit a request before getting a repair, it just took 3 days to hear back from them. What a joke!!!

Quick, easy and very friendly

When I bought cellhelmet, I thought it would take a month to arrive. I received the product in approximately one week. It was easy to apply. It looks great and appears to be working well.

Phone broke first time I dropped it with cellhellmet on. Filed a refund and waited 2 weeks for my check. After weeks went by I asked where my check was and they said they forgot to mail it out and would do so next week. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 4 weeks after my claim and still waiting even for a confirmation that it was sent. Will never use cellhellmet again, big mistake

This is the 3rd one on this phone. I bought the phone in August It makes me laugh when it said military tested. My guess is you had the Air Force test it. It sure doesn't live up to a U.S. Marine lifestyle.
