It arrived quickly. The transaction was easy.

UPS screwed up the delivery of this product. I have still not received it. But it will probably be delivered by the time I get another new mobile phone in the next 2 to 3 years. FYI UPS left me a note, at the front door, saying it could not drop off my order because nobody was there to sign for it. The note said the Postal Service would make the delivery in about 5 days. The product never reached me.

Easy, Quick, Painless!

This is the second time I've used Cellhelmet. But it WORKS. I had my previous phone for four years and when I traded it in, the screen looked new. This is better than any film. It makes you screen impermeable to scratches.

I feel the process was 5 star. Me having to replace a charger after less than a few months is a one star.

Once again, amazing efficiency in the shipping! I like the products so much, especially the car "cigarette lighter socket" fast charger that I gave a set to my brother - in - law. (So he doesn't have to ask his wife to use his own stock charger when she doesn't return it!)

Purchased liquid glass for my phone with the confidence it would be protected. Well, I could not be more wrong. The company cellhelmet aka Kane and McHenry Enterprises, LLC put in very fine print on the box nowhere else, not even in their ads or recordings that the warranty is only for one (1) year and I had a year a few days ago. Conveniently for this deceptive company they would not inform you when you purchase it or when you register it or call in, the recording goes over everything except that fact. They send you a registration confirmation with all the information except that very important detail so they would not have to honor the warranty or cover the claim. If you don't register it right away, they deny your claim. Too many shady, deceptive practices by this company. If their policy has always been a yewr then why not make it clear. What's the point if it is good a year and it's disguise in fine print that consumers are not aware? If they had any decency they would have put it on the receipt so consumers would be aware but as they have proven, they are not to be trusted and their sole goal is to not cover claims or honor warranty. BUYER BEWARE.

Having not registered in a 30 day "may" voids the warranty. I contacted customer support having receipts of my phone fixed then applied cellhelmet after on my new screen in the different time of receipts show bc I got it after thought. Having a year to claim this warranty shouldn't leave issue if I have proof of purchase. Also may is discretional meaning up to the person who's in charge which is very vague. Also told me I have to take pictures before and after of my phone screen before registering and this is from the manager who doesn't wanna transfer me to talk to the higher ups. Aron the rep was no help either the manager was not wanting to help or do anything besides dodge my statements with the screen statement saying he will send the terms to me but won't highlight where it states that. One big scam the product and business is.

Horrible customer service. I bought their liquid screen protector from Cricket, for $54+ (including tax). While selling, the guy said it has life time warranty and replacement. Within a month my phone screen got a dent. But when i went to the store, they said they know nothing about any warranty! I contacted through email to cellhelmet customer care. They said just sorry for that and said that they are not able to police employees which are not theirs. My question is then why you are selling your items without any authentic dealer, and with such huge price!!!!!! Reply to the customer service: What i purchased, costs me $54(including tax). If it doesn't under your warranty, you should accuse the seller and the store which is selling your products by telling lies to the customers. I have already mailed your customer service with the picture of the receipt, which clearly shows the name of the store and sales person. If customer satisfaction and trust really matters to you, you should take action. Its your reputation which is harmed by the lie of those stores.
