I was told I had a lifetime warranty.I had to pay for the new one.Why did I buy it in the first place?

Cellhelmet is the only cell phone holder I have ever used. Recently I had to replace my original one. The glue became loose. I ordered a replacement during a Black Friday sale at half price. I am very happy to have a new one at half price. Their customer service is excellent.

Don't waste your money! First time I needed the screen protected it shattered. I had registered the product, which was a pain yet even though my claim was in the warranty period there was a fine print loop hole that gave them an out. Very poor product and warranty! I would have given a lower review if possible. Grrr.

Ordering a case for my new iPhone 14 Pro was simple and quick. Having used cellhelmet for the last few years as covers for my iPhones, I like the product since the cover is simple, easy to put on, doesn't add weight or bulk, and keeps the iPhone safe. Tried some others and was not impressed. Great product!

the screen seems to crack very easily: this is my first time with this product and it does not seem to be durable at all. Also disappointed that I have to pay 9.99 for the replacement when it is free lifetime warranty. This was not the case with my last product

Eli was very helpful over chat on the website. I love the look of my products... however my iPhone 14 camera cover popped off on the first drop of the phone, and there is already a scratch in the liquid glass. I put both on and let them sit overnight untouched. A little disappointing. BUT my custom printed case looks amazing!
