I wish that I had checked for reviews before using this company. I used their website to get a price on a book and was quoted $30.03 for my book. It was in excellent condition, not a teacher's or instructor's edition, no torn pages, missing pages, spine in great shape, no writing or highlighting. Before packing, I took pictures of the book and video'd the packing with my cell phone so that in case the shipment was damaged, there could be a record. The process was really great, getting the shipping label was a breeze and getting it out to them was pretty quick. However, after they received my book, they emailed me to inform me that the order was cancelled due to torn pages in the book and that I would have to pay to get it back. The book was in excellent condition when packed, I even doubled checked their used book policy twice to make sure that nothing was torn, missing, not a teacher's edition and no writing in the book. I deeply regret doing business with these people and will on Monday, be contacting the Oregon State Attorney's office to report both computer fraud and mail fraud. It seems that I am not the only person to get scammed by these people and I will not let it go unanswered. Since they used a website to quote me the price, that makes them liable for computer fraud and since the package was mailed across state lines even using FedEx, it makes them liable for mail fraud as well. I tried calling and got no answer and my email was returned as undeliverable. I hope this review helps others from making the same mistake that I made. Please don't make my mistake, check the reviews first.
