When I originally put my ISBN numbers into your web page, it was about a month before I went through with the transaction, maybe even a bit longer. This book was the AP edition of a Government textbook. When I went back and completed it, those numbers were still in my computer, and I completed the transaction along with another book. I only ever used a picture of the actual book I sent in to enter the ISBN number; it could only have been the ISBN on the book your received physically. Once the book was received though, I got an email saying that the ISBN on the book itself did not match the one I entered into your website. Your company apparently was once in the market for that AP edition, but was not at the exact moment I sent them in. I don't know why a different ISBN number would have made it's way onto that order, when I only had the one in front of me, that I sent in to you, to read it from. The result was that you did not buy the book and are sending it back to me, free of charge. The person I spoke with when I called was polite and professional. This does not change my opinion of the overall experience however. I was told a certain amount of money, and it was not delivered. If the ISBN number I entered on a previous date was not a book you were still purchasing, I should have been told when I completed the online portion, not two weeks later when I was wondering where the payment was. This can be made right by sending me another shipping label, and purchasing the books for the agreed upon price. I believe this is only fair because, again, something on your end did not take place as it should have. Thank you for your time.
