There were fast and informative of the process. Perfect.
I received a quote and mailed my book to Cash4Books. They sent me an email stating that they received my book but they are not going to send me any money because they said the book I sent them was an Instructor's or Teacher's edition. I know for a fact that this wasn't an Instructor's or Teacher's edition. I had double and triple checked this before I sent the book.
It took a longer time for my book to be received and to receive payment.
So I received an email but I'm not quiet sure what it meant, it said processing and that's all I ever got. I don't know if they accepted my books or if they sent a check already

Overall it was a pretty good experience. I would suggest, however, that if there is tracking available on a shipment that was made to the company, that the tracking be checked before emails are sent out that the book has not been received and the transaction will be cancelled.

Dealing with a website I had never heard of gave me some pause. To my delight my anxiety was unnecessary. Shipped the books, got an email saying they were received two weeks later, paid via PayPal two days after. Well done!
To ship the book was free although it took a long time for the book to arrive at their offices, once it did they paid promptly.
