Cash4Books had the best prices for my books with a low minimum amount to fulfill. The process was seamless. I entered the information and easily printed my shipping and mailing labels. I received payment very quickly even though I am on the East Coast and Cash4Books is on the West Coast. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.

Cash4Books offered the highest quotes of any other company I looked at. Just wish they would accept high quality cookbooks, too!

I first contacted this company BEFORE shipping my books to double check that they would purchase a loose leaf text that they have listed as sellable on their website. I followed their explicit instructions and even included a binder at my cost to ensure the pages would remain together in shipping. WEEKS later (much longer than the 13 days they claim in the FAQ) I log into the account to see the status as cancelled. They never sent the book back, and never sent an email informing me of that. I fully believe had I not contacted customer service they intended to keep the book. Ultimately they cited "no cover" as the reason for cancelling and that the cover my loose leaf text had was "printed on the wrong kind of paper". I went above and beyond to clarify that it is a loose leaf text and even contacted Cengage (the text manufacturer) to clarify this and provided their contact information for customer service to verify this. Still this wasn't good enough. They are asking for something that doesn't exist, meaning they CANNOT buy this text as it is sold, yet it is still listed as sellable on their site. They are clearly ignorant of something anyone who buys and sells books should know and refuse to acknowledge this mistake. They take days to get ahold of through customer service and only sent one message saying that I should be grateful they're paying to send my book back to me (as they should since it's their error!). An entire month of my time wasted with this company. My advice, go with a more reputable textbook service, or take pictures of the outside and inside of any text you sell because I think this company is looking for any fake reason to keep your book. A complete waste of my time and my money with no apology from them for their ignorant error.

Easy process, especially liked the fact that there was no minimum required to get the free shipping. I also appreciated the email status updates.

Ive sold many books online all from the same bookstore and never had a problem with counterfeit books. They denied my most expensive book. The book came in a sealed package from my school bookstore i dont understand how its counterfeit. I think its a scam to make you pay to get your denied book shipped back home. I will not be selling books through this website again
