I sold 2 books and was offered $34 and got my full money even though I worried one did his water damage. I mailed it through USPS and at one point I guess it got switched over to FedEx so at that point I never knew where it was but I called cash4books and they tracked it and told me and overall my experience was good and easy.

The sellback process was fast, easy and convenient. I got my payment shortly after the books were received. I also loved the email notification at each step. Thank you.

The experience was different but I enjoyed it. There was a little lag time between shipping the book to the buyer and confirmation. It is worth it.

I sent the exact items that were indicated by the ISBN number in good condition, and once my package was received, got a message from company saying that format was not being accepted. The ISBN number correlates specifically to an exact format. If that format was not being accepted, I should have been told that up front, and not after I'd sent the items in.

Received answers on time within a day or so. Money was sent fast after books were processed. Overall I only sold one book so everything was fast for me. My only problem is not being able to track my order on my own had to ask company for information most places let you track your order they do not.

It was easy to look up my textbooks and sell them. Fast easy payday

Was quoted $40. But got $16. And I have to pay them to get my books back that they don't want to pay for! Let's see, I sold you my USED books but they need to be in NEW condition. This place also will keep your books if you don't send them money to have them mailed back and they then resell them on Amazon. BIg SCAM people. They also respond to every review on here with the same spiel. Buyer beware!!!!

I recently sent them my book. They quoted me $130.00. I had never even used the book. Now they tell me it's a teachers edition and I have the wrong ISBN and they want me to pay to have it shipped back or they get to keep it. So now this book is going to cost me even more money to get it back.

I like how you guys give better prices for the books and have the right amount I was suppose to have I will continue to be a customer
