Scammers. Contacted me through facebook, had a proper conversation with them until the last bit where they asked me if I would take $50 to etransfer money to another “student” because they “can’t issue multiple checks” told them at first that I felt uncomfortable doing that and they stopped responding. Don’t waste your time on these people.

Total scam! They asked if I would take a cheque of $1700 and etransfer it to someone else who was “selling books” when they were only going to give me $90 for mine. I said I wasn’t comfortable transferring that much money and they stopped replying.

What went wrong is I couldn't even create a account to sell my books I tried my work email too

what went wrong was i went to the app and priced a lot of my books then i tried to sign in only to not find me so i tried to create a account again and it still won't let me on, so i go to the account that popped up with the offers only this app doesn't take the books i call the help line number and it starts spouting off talk for vacations, what kind of hack page is this

This is a SCAM!!! Do not send your books to this company! You will never get money back and you will get no response!

Sent 6 books on never received any payment! I have written tons of emails with no response!! This is a scam in my opinion! No customer service and no payment!

Wish no stars was an option. I am a college student and spent my own money on a Statistics textbook that I had shipped out on March 15, 2020 to try to get at least 1/3 of my money back, but I never got my money or even a notice saying my textbook was approved. After a little over a week of not hearing back, I emailed them on March 27 and the response was that they had closed because of COVID, which was fair and understandable, but they said they would inspect the item I sent in within 10 days and they would get back to me. I received that response on April 6. After not hearing back I sent yet another email on May 1 asking to get an update and the amount I was supposed to receive. They never got back to me again and it's June. This experience was beyond disappointing.

Scam! It’s been over a month since my order was received and no payments have been sent. Two emails and no reply.

Sent in books in two shipments back about 2 months ago. Shows paid on site, no money. Not impressed, doubt I will get anything. I wasted a lot of time looking through the few books they would accept for basically pennies to be further insulted by no payment this far out. Sell them on eBAY or throw them away. I will update this if I receive any. I have emailed their customer service but not hopeful based on what I read here.

Took over 2 months to get my payment and did not communicate with me at all. If you are not in a rush to receive payment and love bad customer service and no communication, sell your books here.

If I could give them 0 start I would! Have send books for sale 2 months ago...and never got any payment or even response to several emails! SCAM, this is illegal to be accepting items and not disappearing on a customer!

I would love to say I had a good experience but that's not the case. I mailed my books on April 26th according to the FedEx tracking number they were received April 29th. I checked my account and it says payment was made 5/14. As of June 5th I still have not received payment for my books. The company has not responded to email and there no other contact information. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Don't send them your books, they take forever to process them. I finished medical school and decided to sell back some textbooks. I sent Cash4Books, 5 items (4 textbooks and one set of study flash cards), for a total of $16.58 on April 21. It took OVER A MONTH before I got an automatically generated email saying my order has been received. After 6 weeks, I emailed then asking for an update on when payment would be processed and received by Paypal account. No response. I emailed them again AFTER TWO MONTHS since the order was shipped to them, no response. I have emailed them a third time, no response. And they are only sell back company that doesn't have a phone number to call. Just the email, which they apparently don't respond to. They just sent me payment on Paypal today, only a few days after I posted this comment.

I sent my books in March and still haven’t received payment. I have emailed them several times. I did get one response and was told they were behind due to covid 19. I was more than understanding. Now I get no response and the customer service phone number doesn’t work.

Update: I finally received payment today, July 2nd. However, I never received any response from company. Fraud! Never received payment. Mailed in $113 worth of books mid March. They sent me an email on April 22nd stating they received my order and I would get payment shortly. Today is now May 14th, I have sent several emails and received no response.Do not trust this website. Update, as of today 6/20/2020 I have still received no response and no payment.

I waited the given time frame, it is now far beyond that. I sent several messages regarding the status of my check, I never received a reply and will be reporting this scammer to the authorities. UPDATE: I finally received my payment, but because of the fact that they did not once reply to my messages and took thrice the processing time, I will keep my review as it is.

Sent books 2 weeks ago. No tracking number available on website. No confirmation received. Number has full mailbox. Sent several emails for couple days get no response. Frustrated. Owe me money.

It has been over a month and I have confirmation that my books were delivered to this company but have not received payment for my books. I have sent 4 emails and have received no response. I have tried to reach this company by phone as well and the phone number they have listed is invalid.
