I sent in perfectly good books and they did not accept them, however they wouldn't send them back without charging me...for my books! This was stated no where before I sent them and only became news after they had my books. Not only did I try to email them I tried calling them multiple times and got no response from anyone! Worst customer service ever!So now they just have my very expensive and very good quality books. DO NOT SEND YOUR BOOKS HERE THEY WILL STEAL THEM!!!!!!

I was very excited to sell my college business book for fast, easy money.

It was so easy to sell books I don't need anymore on this site. It was really quick too! They updated me when my books were processed and I received my payment the next day. I really recommend it and would 100 percent use it again.

Fast service fair prices

A little skeptical about the process, how much would they offer for these books that we typically paid a lot of money for at the time. The process was easy, it was quick and I believe it was fair. Sure, you never get your money back on these things, I have to admit I set the bar high as what I expected, and they were over that amount. I would say that if I had more text books, I would use them again. Sadly enough I do not have any more text books. I would recommend to all, to at least check out and see what they can do for you.

My package ended up being a little heavier than anticipated so I had to add a couple cents postage, but the response was prompt and I got paid as much as the original estimate for my books.

Although I was surprised how long it took my book for my book to ship (I.e. 10 days) from Michigan to Washington, once the book arrived I was quickly reimbursed through PayPal within just two days. Overall it was pretty easy and straightforward to ship my book through Cash4Books. Will definitely use this company again in the future!

Easy peasy! I would highly recommend this company. I had a bunch of books from my college days and feel like I got the best $$ for them. The app is easy to use, the label, the customer service-everything was great.
