Ordered pewter to be delivered to a property I was renovating and they had been layer by fitters. To then discover the colour was blue and not grey! Sent emails with no reply

The men turn up to deliver the carpet i told them ive got a lifts to my flat and men would try put lift even that it would have fitted with a bit of bending it long lift but try the call carpet warehouse help line and got to by one there staff he needs to talk to manger all call me back got no call back

Super expensive delivery charge exceeding the items price. Very long delivery time. Will never buy from them again. They don't answer the call. Impossible to track the order. Will reverse transaction in my bank and report scam.
had problem's getting the vinyl to work in 3d app part
Ordered my item with a £20 delivery fee with over a week delivery slot provided. They failed to deliver and I still await my item. I was promised a call back from customer services and this never came. Avoid if you are looking for a prompt delivery.
They're rubbish on delivery, timed our carpets to get delivered 2days before moving to our new house as that's when we got the keys, they turned around on the delivery day and sent a text of them to be delivered 3days later so had to sleep on the floor on a mattress for 3days as no point assembling the bed to take it back apart in 3 days, also ordered 3rolls of vinyl from them, timed to the same day at checkout as promised, only to get a text 2weeks after that they will be delivered in another 2weeks time, that's a whole month for some vinyl flooring, it wouldnt've taken this long if I ordered them from China. Their carpets are meh at best, I know they're not the most expensive ones but yeah, don't expect much quality. No tracking to orders whatsoever too so saving a few pennies on their slightly cheaper flooring doesn't worth this headache.
Easy to order and delivered on schedule Good price
The customer service was lovely! Becky, she deserves 10 stars, however deliver time is way too long, no tracking then on the delivery day the guy was so rude and left me outside with a massive carpet roll. There was 2 guys one was trying to be nice but the taller one. Wow how rude, if he is so unhappy helping customers go look for another job where he doesn’t have contact with people.
