Wonderful customer service, I made an error with design and size so requested to cancel my order and requested a refund which was processed extremely quickly without any problems.

After ordering I have no indication on delivery for around three days. Then once I had an email giving me a window of three days later the following week. I had to rearrange a few things because of a delay. But wasn't end of the world. Delivery week came, still no update which day it would be . First expected delivery arrives. Still no update. Sent an email , no reply. Second day comes and at 6.30am and update through the SHOP app says delivery between 9am -11am. Perfect, I arrange the fitter for the afternoon. I received a text around 9am with possibly the worst grammar I've seen. I couldn't even understand it! I rang the number only to be told there is a delay but they will be there around 12, again no problem. 12 comes and goes, I ring again to be told it will be 5pm. I contact my fitted to tell him to come the following day as we close at 5pm. 5pm when I would normally close I stay back because I don't want the £30 fee for redelivery. However I'm then told it will be 9pm delivery 🫣. I wait till 9pm, 4 hours after I should have finished work. It wasn't a great experience all round. Price always about average for Vinyl but after paying £20 for delivery, that's the sore bit..

Was easy to order online and an extra 2 cm to play with. Also thanks to the markings underneath it was a great help to cut and lay down.

Waited a week for a carpet, in the age of online shopping this is not really good, if the delivery had been 48 - 72 hours this would have been 5 stars

I love my new flooring it's lovely and thick. It was easy to lay and looks great. Best and cheap for the quality No complaints and would definitely recommend ☺️.

Good as expected

Awful services . Carpet was nothing like online pics and if I wanted it refunded they wanted £75 to take the carpet back . Customer service advisor said “ the carpet is the same colour just brush the like they other way” never heard such ridiculous bs . Fact it’s nothing like the advertised carpet colour & they know it but will refund be if I put them £75 fee for collecting & cutting fee (what ever that is) . I will never buy from this company again . Delivery drivers took the carpet upstairs for me and made all my hall way walls dirty & one got poo/mud on my new stair carpet & they didn’t even take the roll out of the middle of the carpet which is what should have been done to move it , hence their wrecking my place to get it upstairs. No common sense, no respect for peoples properties & awful over all services . Avoid . Let’s see if this comment stays on trust pilot as my first one disappeared strangle !!

Good quality

I received my order on June 21st between 3-4pm. I had a company come out within 2 hours to fit the floor, upon opening the roll of flooring they realised that they could not fit the flooring due to there being giant rip through the whole entire roll across the centre. I immediately phoned carpet warehouse, they were closed so I left a voicemail with my name and number and my reason for calling. On Monday morning the 24th June I phoned carpet warehouse to follow up from my voicemail and to see what they could do. I was told to send an email with photos and someone would be in touch. I did exactly that. I then phoned back up on the tuesday 25th and was told someone would contact me by the end of the day. 11pm on the 25th I get an email saying I am not entitled to any compensation or return due to not reporting the issue within 48 hours? I reported the issue on voicemail THE SAME DAY it got delivered. I have them phoned them twice more to follow up on this issue and they are saying I didn’t report the issue until the 26th of June? It isn’t even the 26th of June yet! They are refusing to acknowledge their mistake and they are refusing to rectify it. I had to pay a couple of hundred pounds for floor, I had to pay for a company to prep my floor ready for the flooring, I had to pay for the company to come out to fit the floor even though they were unable to due to the rip! I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and still NO FLOORING.
