I ordered vinyl since 27th of June, up until now,8th July, I don’t have idea of when I will receive my order. This is really disappointing.

I had to wait much longer than it was promised and it was impossible to track the parcel. Overall the vinyl floor I received is ok, but there are some tears inside of some of the rolls, actually more cuts than tears, so I can assume it happened when the vinyl was cut in their warehouse. So kind of disappointed

Ordered 2 carpets. Contacted me 2 days before delivery to say supplier issues, out of stock until further notice. Then took 2-3 days for reply to further emails. Had to accept a different colour with no compensation or offer of refund. So all in all not very happy

Absolutely outstanding, the website is easy to use, the discounts offered are superb, the delivery was spot on, plenty of updates and even a phone call on the day with a timeslot. The product itself is fantastic, cannot fault this company at all. I've had artificial grass and vinyl flooring from them. Will be ordering again 100%!

Charged £50 for delivery, and it's only to kerbside. Absolute joke, won't recommend to anybody and will be buying the rest of my flooring elsewhere. Thankfully I only bought flooring for my tiniest room from these robbers.

Was going to wait until it arrived to see the quality, however 10 days after order and I've only.just received a delivery slot of between 7pm-9pm the next day. wish I'd have gone elsewhere. Floor would have been delivered and layer before I've even received it from these.

Absolutely disgusting company. Charging a "redelivery-fee" even though no delivery was attempted and I let the drivers know way before they reached my property. They then tried to blame the fee on the delivery company even though they confirmed multiple times they only people charging the fee was this money robbing company. In the middle of a cost of living crisis as well. I have never known a company to charge a re-delivery fee. AVOID

Very fair price and free samples delivered are great.
