I was going to give a 1*review but thanks to a gentleman named Peter in sales I will rate as my carpet was due to be delivered between the 12th and 16th of this month on the 15th and 16th I contacted by email and rang on the 16th as I had not received a delivery notice of any kind after speaking with Peter he manage to sit out delivery for Friday 19th it arrived on the 18th so thankyou Peter for all your help your an absolute credit to the company but I'm afraid I wont be using you again

I ordered three of the same carpets at 4m by 1m. I got 2 the same and 1 completely different and it was only 3 meters long which doesn't help when your using it to do the stairs!!!!

Delivery turned up when expected however the flooring was not what I ordered, completely different pattern and style.
Although I had to help get the rolls of carpets up the stairs in my block of flats, the guys were really awesome, considering how much workload they had. They waited for me because I was running late and the only reason I give 4 stars, is because of how much they had to do and it’s nothing to do with the individuals. They were extremely professional and were accommodating.

The vinyl itself it was great, but due the delivery service chosen, we have a massive crease in the middle of the living room.
We had ordered samples which were amazing quality so went ahead and ordered a carpet. Our carpet was delivered after days of back and forth and messed up delivery and the carpet was damaged. We were unaware of a 48hr period to state any damage, therefore have been refused any compensation. We had a carpet fitter fit our carpet who had great difficulty due to the damage.
