The ordering was good and easy however taking over 2 weeks for delivery is not really exceptable in this day age.
I placed my order, received a confirmed delivery window of 4 days when someone would need to be at the property to take delivery. Having waited around in vain I waited until a couple of further days after the last specified day and then emailed and was told it would be looked into "now" that was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing further for 5 days and am still waiting an explanation.
Ordered some samples to check quality. They arrived very fast and the quality for the vinyl flooring is good.

Rude on phone, terrible customer service . Delivery and then pick up fees for returns extremly high . They dont refund full amount even though the terms state a refund , as long as within 7 days . Unhelpful .would urge anyone to avoid .
Delivered on time and as expected
When you do order, be aware they going with delay. it doesn't matter whether it's their fault or not, if you don't want to wait, you can't wait, if you want to return, you have contractors waiting for them , they will charge you - 25% of the total amount. Think carefully before ordering.
Do not buy otherwise you will be very disappointed you have to wait two weeks for delivery and it is absolutely disgusting how they sent the vinyl very dirty with footmarks and damaged on few places.
Delivery men were nice, was kept updated about when delivery was arriving. Carpet is good and price is great. Would definitely use this company again
