Samples arrived quickly. After ordering my delivery also came early which was great, meant I could get on with laying the vinyl earlier. The vinyl is good on the thinner side and did tear easily in some places after cutting but overall the floor looks great

The product we ordered is of great quality, at a competitive price. Delivery was as arranged. Very happy from order to delivery and Lino looks great on the floor.

The carpet was a good price. Delivery date was set by the company after purchase so was ok. Delivery turned up a little late & I couldn't understand exactly what the driver/assistant were saying. English obviously was not their first language.

The flooring itself is great and good value, however the delivery service is diabolical! Was given 3 different dates and turned up without flooring on van! 4th time lucky. The delivery company don't speak very good English or the drivers.

avoid at all costs . ordered and took my money, then called and said they didn't have in what i ordered. then didn't know if they had an alternative colour . at this point i hadn't been given a delivery date so enquired and was told it would be 2-3 weeks to which i politely asked if i could cancel the order as it wouldn't be suitable. this was on the 9th of October. 4 phone calls later, 4 emails, i am still without refund. i keep getting told its a system issue on their side but also not offering a resolution. when they say they will call back they don't, and when i call sales or customer service they now just don't pick up the phone. Abhorrent behavior from such a company

Don’t buy from here! There are much better companies to buy from. My vinyl arrived bent and left lines when it was fitted that haven’t settled. It needs replacing. Customer service refused to help (tried to pass the buck to the delivery company), and said that the delivery photos from the delivery company didn’t show it bent. I doubt these photos exist! Avoid at all costs!

Great service and products. Had issues with the delivery guys and change of address and ordered more items etc (partly my fault) , but a chap named Peter handled everything very well and kept me up to date and informed. Product came and it looks great down. Highly recommended!!

Sample service very good. Ordered from them, this process was simple. What appeared to be long lead times for delivery. Delivery service was not the best. Waited in. Delivery was late. Did not call us to let us know. Did call after arranged delivery slot to say would be a further 30 mins. Overall happy with quality of carpet and price. Would use again and recommend.

I ordered a vinyl floor, I sent the measurements from a floor plan. I don't have trust in said floor plan as had not measured myself. I then attempted to just pay and make it slightly bigger. I contacted them within 24 hours and they advised that my piece would be big enough. Even though in my email, I said I may as well buy extra to be sure as I was spending such a fortune on delivery. Lo and behold it was too short, which I had attempted to avoid. I got in touch to buy more noting my unhappiness and frustration that I had done the right thing in trying to buy more before it was cut and they talked me out of it. Anyhow I was willing to pay the extra for the floor and pay the fitter to come back but they weren't willing to meet me half way and cover the delivery as a gesture of goodwill. In spite of the fact I'm paying extra for the fitter to come back to resolve this and match up the off cut I need. After years in construction, this is my first experience of poor customer service in this field when they were partly to blame. I am kicking myself for not sticking to my gut. My first and last attempt at online floor purchasing. By cheap you buy twice! My lesson learnt!
