Great customer service

Had some problems with my trade in from a other car I was financing that had the engine break down. And had some hassle with getting approved for another car. And so went a week and a half with no vehicle, and wasted $150 on uber/Lyft just to get to work and home. Also now I can't even afford groceries for the kids and I for the next two weeks. Now we have to go to food self to make it through the next two weeks. But at least I can get to work and our appointments and ect again.

Chris Harris and Chris Bishop really worked with us to not only get us into a vehicle but also make sure we were completely happy with the purchase we were making. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new car.

I was only given one choice of vehicle and I made a bad choice of accepting it so now I'm stuck with a lemon car. I tried to exchange it before my 7 day guarantee return/exchange and or money back but I was told I had to visit a list of shops to get estimates or whatever it is and bring it back to car hop so I have a good reason of exchanging the car but how can I do that if I can't even drive the car. Transmission issues and need to jump start the car everytime just to start it so this car has given me more problems since the day I drove it home. Bad experience with car hop and this is twice already.

Was told which vehicle I could purchase, then when going through it, it was a mess and seats need cleaned along with all the cup holders in the rear. It also had a tag hanging from the mirror stating not for sale hasn't been through inspection and service, when I asked about it I got no answer. I still have that sign Headlight and a few gauges didn't work (which they agreed to fix) After driving home it started vibrating and now it shakes when turning off and smells like gas is leaking, and the rear air went out 2 days later, and it misfires in all gears. Called the shop and they said car hop hasn't approved for them to fix and they just finally approved and now I am without a vehicle for work until who knows when(7/12/18)

So you don’t put much down but your paying 8000 dollars for a car that’s literally 2000 on the street being sold that’s the bad part about this place also if your job changes they don’t care they will still demand you make your payment every week until they see new pay stubs . Really sucks
