Got a car when I didn't think I would. Jason was great to work with but wait was an issue. Had information ready in minutes and it took more then 30 minutes for him to return each time to continue the process. 1 person per 4 to 5 customers. Total wait time was 4 hours before I could even look at a car. 5 hours before I was out. Experience was great but CarHop needs another employee to help out.

Good customer service but overpriced

They tell you one thing and do another once they got you. Don't believe anything they say. Oh i got you well have that taken care of my butt. Liars , had the car 3 days and had a starting issue, get told take it to the shop. I just bought it now I gotta come out the pockets $75 more . Crap.

It was awesome

With CarHop you get what you pay for. Good service, quick when not busy. Cars aren't always in prime condition but it's a good motivation to learn about the car you're going to be driving and doing personal repair. Varies by location.

Thought they were a little busy and wasn't given the proper adequate attention to go over details and options but they were all very nice and professional and put me into a vehicle the same day!! Car hop was good to me

Shari and Jennifer were so patient and accommodating. They were smart, knowledgable and prepared. Not only is my credit less than perfect; my credit is far from perfect! Yet they got me into an excellent car. I'm thrilled with the car and could not be more satisfied with the work Car Hop Burnsville did for me. I highly recommend them for your car needs.

Revised 08/05/2018 this was written the day after I got the car turns out car was not inspected properly and has been in the shop longer than I have driven the car had to spend money on a rental could not afford to pay the monthly amount they wanted due to money spent on rental tried to make arrangements for pay full payment in three instalments within the month then have the payment taken directly out of chk. account been with the company for three years making payments on time like a champ this was a upgrade vehicle and they refused to even make a effort to work with me wow was shocked they told me they are going to reposes the vehicle I told them go for it you know we're it is at in the shop still to this day car hop finance you suck. the messed up part is my prior payments were more than current one just could not afford full payment at the beginning due to spending money in a rental vehicle.

Jay and Aaron was great. They both were helpful and gave great customer service. I drove off the lot with no down payment and low monthly payments. Thank you guys would recommend them to anyone with bad credit.

I love car hop everyone that I have worked with has been awsome I Usually work out of the auburn one but this time I started with the S tacoma location and ended up in the auburn location and I worked with Jason in auburn, wa but I was not happy in the way he talked to me he was that nice rude kind and he was very pushy and I am a person to just like he is. Other then that I have never had any problems.

I only put $100 down, Although i didn't get what i wanted, I drove away with somerhing nice. Andrew was polite and very helpful. Great guy. We had a small little wait, however Andrew made up for it.

This is my 3rd time going through CarHop for a vehicle. Car are is good shape, dependable and the warrenty is really good. This is also the only place I know that you can get approved to help you get your score higher as long as the payments are made on time. The only thing I feel that needs improvement is for the sales personel to have alittle more experience when trying to get the right vehicle. Other then that, my experience has been teally good.
