I am disappointed that I had an approval and choose Nissan Rogue unfortunately not qualfity to take the loan It required $1400 down payment but suggested another car with zero down payment plus 19 % interest rates 2.6 years

Great location service but finance dept .... The finance department was horrible! First of all, they need more sales persons at the location. Maurice was working his tail off and no one else was lifting a hand to greet customers or help out in any way. At one point there were 3 different sets of customers in the office and Maurice was trying to help them all at once causing the process to drag out longer then it should have. Second, the finance department needs to be more flexible in their policies when dealing with good and loyal customers. I mean where is the incentive to be a loyal and on time customer if it gets you nothing in the way of good customer service?!!? I was told that I needed 1200 to get my current vehicle down to trade in value, which I came up with. Unfortunately, to get it to where they wanted it, I was $16 dollars short and they would not strike a new deal with me. I just walked in with $1200 dollars and have a perfect payment history and they were unwilling to be flexible enough to allow me to trade in my vehicle over $16 friggin dollars!!?? Unbelievable! The finance department has a lot to learn about good customer service and customer retention.

Dynamic team, helpful, cheerful, they will go an extra mile to help you, they will go beyond their abilities to get you better deal, and they will try to get your credit fixed with 3 credits bureaux, per my experiences before with some car dealers Carhop is best of all.

Gary, my sales guy and Pat, the manager were off the hook helping me with getting into a car! I had recently had an issue with my previous car in which the engine went out and my financial company said they would refinance my car if I paid $1000 toward the repair. I did not have that kind of money and surrendered the car. Thinking I would have to ride the bus for months, I saw a commercial about Carhop in which a person could get a car for as little as $100* (*select vehicles) down. I called and spoke to Gary who seemed and turned out to be generally concerned about my lack of transportation. Within 2 weeks I had $100, went in and text drove a car, which unfortunately was out of my budget. However, the following Tuesday on July 10, I received a call that more cars came in, I went in and test drove a 2005 Dodge Neon which was in better condition than my previous car and fell in love. There was an issue with battery, ie the car was unable to be started after I got off work. So I got a jump, took the car back to Carhop and thanks to Pat, had a new battery installed the next day! I say to anyone with credit issues or a repossession on their record, go to Carhop FIRST!

I wouldn't recommend car hop!! I I was able to obtain a loan for a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am!! First thing that I noticed that the car was running a bit!! And when I got onto the freeway when I got the car up to 70mph the front end shook so much that the vibration made it iso I couldn't see out my rear view mirror!! I told the sales rep what was going on and so she set me up with one of there mechanic!! They changed the harmonic balancer and put a new fan stystem in the car!! And ithe car still runs hot. Yester day on 7/17/18 it was about a 108 degrees and the car hearted up and almost went in the red!! The sales rep even recommend this car to me knowing that the car has major problems!! I am paying over $7000 for the car the sales rep said they would take care of the problems!! So now I am worried every time I drive the car that it will break down when that happens I have no job no home and me and my service animal will be on the street!! Car hop says there out to help people!! I don't see how this messedup car is helping me. I am so upset that I made myself sick!! Please someone help me I am disabled and was getting SSDI if this car goes to bad on me I won't have anything to fall back on!!! I am 55yrs old which makes it very hard to get a job that pays good!! I am so stressed out I just don't want this car I am thinking about selling it to a junk yard!! It sucks that these people don't care if they ruin someone's life just as long as car hop gets there money!!!!

I recommend carhop to anyone that wants to get a good car. And want to fix there credit score. The program that carhop has to fix your credit really work. If you live in Tacoma Washington you need to go see carhop on south Tacoma way. They are very nice people there. And they help you get on the road.

Not Happy!! Very, Very, Very disappointed! We had great service with our first car through Car Hop, but the second is proving to be a HUGE MISTAKE!! They said they would put in the contract that the brakes needed to be checked and if need be replaced. They did not include it. So we called the Sioux Falls South Dakota office where we bought it. They said take it to a mechanic in Worthington Minnesota, which is 6 miles from us vs. 60 miles to Sioux Falls. They (The mechanics) said the brakes were so bad the car should have NEVER BEEN SOLD TO US!! They refused to release the car to us until the brakes were fixed. We then called Car Hop again and told them this. Their reply, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. YOU DID NOT USE OUR MECHANIC. This is the lowest of low. Now we are stuck with an $800 repair bill!!
