customer service was good. they seem very patient and willing to assist. disappointed on car choices. I only had three to choose from and I had specified a four door compact car and one of my choices was A van. the first car I drove had a tremendous knocking noise in it. the car I have no runs good but the interior is shoddy , stereo does not work and the seatbelt is worn down. I wish I had more choice. but like I said customer service was good.

Car hop is not a good place to get a car !!!! I went in to get a car after showing me a car that I did not choose because of whatever reason and telling me a few car that I could choose from I pick one. I test drove it it seem fine at the moment. I told them its fine I'll take it. I did not have the full amount they where asking for the car so.... In order to keep the car I had to put down $100 to come get it Friday. So Friday comes and I got the money together gave it to them .... To get in the same car I test drove with a bad battery over heating and the rear view mirror was hanging . I'm a lady I can not be driving a car used or not with cars notes every two weeks.... not running the way it was running for me when I test drove it. Shorty after getting this car I was complain about the battery drying on me and the over heating after having this car up to 3 weeks not even the 30 days I decided to return the car and get my money back. They told me that I only had 7 day to return it to get my money back and If I wanted to get out of buying this car that they would void my contract and take my car back and my credited score would go down and they would keep my down payment so .... Wait you sold me a lemon car told me you would take the car back keep my down payment as well as the first payment and my creadited score would go down ... Wow I could not believe what I was going through with them they did not even offer to see if I would pick another car off the lot. This place is a scam looking to put you in a car and as soon a s you drive off your car will fall apart you will be spending more money trying to fix it and paying payments its not worth the trip or the head ach. I would rather you go to a car place that will treat you fair. Everyone in carhop will end up at the bottom of the sea. They will cheat you !!!! And no matter how you work with them they don't care at the end of the day I should have recognizes they had a problem after waiting to be seem and a couple was in carhop they trying to get there money back after they were sold a lemon car too just a warning if you don't want to loose your money please just put a bigger down payment on a car from a different car lot you might have a chance with them better then carhop. Just beware and pay attention to how they are handling you and talking you !!!! Not a good place and truly wish I could go back and not have gotten the car. I'm very sad disappointed !!!!

The start process was long even though I sent my paystubs and proof of address in ahead of time as prompted. They had trouble reading a document, but didnt communicate that for nearly 45 min each time. Once the documents were finally figured out, I was given my options for cars that I was approved for and then the process went quickly.
There was one gentleman running the whole lot. At first I thought this is ridiculous, but he really put out the effort to take each person in turn, and see if he could help them with their vehicle situations. He even kept coming to me with improvements on his offer. In the end I was very pleased with his service and the resulting vehicle I now drive.
Was a great buying experience but getting them to do what they promised is getting a little drawn out
The only good part of the buying experience is the sales guy. The cars are double or triple Kelly blue book value and are riddled with problems. The van my wife and I are testing out has died on us 3 times, leaks ATF, and gets barely 11mpg.
The dealer was very helpful and made sure to do everything in their power to get me in a car. Im very happy with my purchase and im very happy that i went to carhop to get my vehicle. Thank you so much carhop.
