The office personnel are great, the only problem I have is the selection of quality vehicles, from what I have seen the buyers need to do a better job at getting vehicles in better condition. And getting them fixed properly and not just at the lowest cost, at what the financing co charges for the vehicle the customer deserves a reliable ride.
It wouldn't be so bad if the car would have been cleared inside and out.
