After 23 hard inquiries and being denied several times over the past year, I was more then skeptical. I was like "I'll believe it when I see it." Carhop Vallejo kept telling me "just come in, we will help you." My reply was "Im not traveling anywhere before I know I can drive off the lot with a vehicle." I never really knew If I would drive off with a vehicle. You see, I had my hopes up so many times before just to be disappointed, I was not going to let that happen this time. So I went to vallejo not knowing, not getting my hopes up but I had a realistic mindset for my situation. My credit is considered very poor and not one bank would finance me. As I sat in the vallejo carhop office I saw everyone in there leave with a vehicle. So, how Carhop works is they look at what will work for your credit. It might not be the car of your dreams but its something to start with. you can build your credit and work towards a upgrade. What I appreciated was even though I didn't get the vehicle I had in mind. I left with a what I will call a starter vehicle. Carhop will help me build my credit and since they were they only dealership who game me a chance I will return, maybe trade in the starter car when my credit is better or just pay it off and buy a new upgraded vehicle. In any case If you have problems in the past try Carhop it worked for me !!!!!

Very Good service, some minor issues with the car,(Low Power Steering Fluid) but other than that I was treated fairly and I am very happy. Went o other dealer and had no results, They worked with and my payment are taken out monthly from my checking account.

I purchased a car on Saturday and the check engine light came on Sunday.

James at carhop in blaine, mn was amazing, stayed over a hour late to help me . The whole process was stress free and easy to navigate.

They make promises over the phone then when you get there they change their story. I didn't call them they called me an I told the lady that I was on disabilty an she said that's no problem she ask me about where my payments had to (that I can afford) an I told her around $250-$275 an she told me that seen no problem. She ask me what type of vehicle that I was looking for an I told her that was want'n a truck an again she reply no problem so we went to Joplin an we get there an we go in an we are to the sales lady an rite of the bat she started telling us that the payments was going to be $400-$475 she also told us that I couldn't afford the payments an the finance department would even consider my application so I consider carhop a rip off an fraudulent.

Since the purchase of my vehicle from CarHop about 9 months ago I have had nearly $2,000 in repairs that "weren't covered by the Warranty." I was told it is al "normal Maintenance and to "suck it up." I am disabled and on a fixed income and my CarHop location could care less about "Service after the Sale." I am paying 4 times the value of the car plus 20% interest and have a repair bill of $300-$700 every couple of months. Just NOT right!
