Car broke down within 3 days

They have always been good to me. I had a problem with the first car and they fixed right away.. So I did trade that in for a newer one and I love it.
Friendly and helpful staff. Would have given 5 stars but the approval process takes way too long. The process from arrival to driving off the lot is very inefficient. Too time consuming. I arrived around 5pm and didn't leave until 830pm. That is unacceptable given I filled out my application and got approval even before arriving!
Jorge was an amazing sales rep. He had us in a vehicle within 2 hours. He is cordial and cute!! Thanks Jorge Im driving off in MY car!! Yay!

It was a very long wait time!! The car I wanted to get had water in the floor Floor board!! The car I ending up with they had to jump it for like 10 mins before it would come on!! After having the car for 2 day it wouldn’t start so I had to wait in the car for a while and then it started!! But over all I guess it was okay!!

Well its like this our old car broke down and i went to carhop to see if i could get a car from them and I did justed bcs we needed a car and they where great ppl to help us and nice about it all to help me. They did what they could do to get us in a car. They where the best ppl that helped us out of need. Thank you to all at carhop.

Sad I could not get help when I need it.
I went there on this part Saturday thinking I didn't have a chance in getting a car, Jean Pederson is amazing, she went above and beyond to help my kids and I drive away in a 2005 Saturn View! I'm beyond grateful for Jean and CarHop!!! I highly recommend going there!!!!
