Great car buying experience

So far amazing! They were so understanding of my personal situation!! Helpful and informative. Got me back on track quickly and considered many things I hadn't thought of in making the best decision for my family. I will definitely pass on them to others. They saw that I was truly trying to rectify my credit and gave me a help. They warranty is just another reason to feel comfortable when dealing with them😘 thanks for extending yourself to and my family.

Not a big problem, they helped me the best they can!

My son went to car hop and got a car...as he drove off the check engine light came on. they checked and said it was something simple and told him to take to one of their mechanics ..that mechanic fixed something but they ended up putting the wrong part on and in a day check engine light came on again so he took it to another of carhops mechanic they had it a while and called to say its fixed. 2 hours later hes driving and check engine light came on again. he had the car almost 4 weeks but only got to drive it about a week..he said it was bs to have a to keep taking it to the mechanic plus he missed a lot of work!!! he took it back and luckily got out of that lemon. Oh and this whole time he was paying his bill...and then they took a payment out a week after he turned it in and tokd him sorry cant give that money back! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. STAY AWAY!!!

The mannerisms of some of your employees and obviously the defective vehicle situation has been very unsettling. I was told that it would re refunded to my debit card within 24- 72 hours now Im told that in fact it will be a check that will take up to 7 - 10 business days. Highly unprofessional I have yet to receive my money and will be taking legal action
