Being in a position where you absolutely need a car and other dealerships aren’t willing to work with you, finding Car Hop was a pleasant surprise. Temper your expectations as far as what you think you’ll be driving and have a little patience during your visit and everything should work out. Friendly staff, always helpful and attentive.

Short story. I hadnt owned a car in a couple years due to my employer eliminating our position and of course good paying jobs are hard to find with the income i had so credit issues insued. Had a repo and a few slow pays on my credit and figured Carhop would be a good place to get a car due to the fact that it is more a credit resource than a car dealer. I filled out the o line form then made an appointment for after my payday. They called and asked me to come in earlier. I was hesitant because i knew i would need a down payment and didnt want to go in with empty pockets. So i walk in anyway and meet Alex (Alejandro). Lets just say he had me drive home in an excellent car that same day with no money down and the interest rate is far better than a subprime loan would have been.

CarHop is a great place to get a car with warranty after 18 months . I was approved quick for a car and driving off the lot in no time. The Manager was really nice.

Well firstof all when I first got there I went through the whole process got approved for the car and then have to come back because my car wasn't there that I was approved for then on top of that had to come back 2 Days Later to pick up the car and the car still wasn't there.so I have to call them and ask them hey is my car there then that isn't then when I found out that my car was still was there and that I can come and see it or whatever so I get there and the car if filthy so I asked the person are you guys going to clean the car I mean I can't even see out the back window that's not safe he said we usually do but our hose is broke I was like what oh okay so how am I supposed to see? So now that I have the car I love my car is just the type A lot of my size my everything but it's doing a few things and so when I called about the unsatisfaction that I was feeling I got no reply none I tell you none but I do like a payment plan keeps me on track study one lump sum at once.

Car hop Hayward sold me a LEMON car that has 4% breaks....oil leak....power steering leak.....messed up shocks....and air conditioning blows hot air. All this was addressed in the beginning ans Megan said everything is covered except cosmetics. Not the case car hop did not pay for anything except the breaks and that was a "courtesy" move. TRASH.

It’s ok place to get started. Decent selection of vehicles and good salesmen’s. The office is small and gets real crowded but other than that the place is alright.

I was satisfied with the service but I have one complaint the car has for speakers in it in all of the for speakers only two of them work otherwise I am happy with my purchase
