I got my second car from carhop, and i bought it without buyers remorse! the vehicle is in great condition and should not fail me i definitely plan on returning buisness to carhop and would recommend to anyone to start there with trying to find a vehicle.

It wasn't a bad experience we just had different opinions. And I needed more money. But Car hop did honor their warranty.

Through the whole process, I was given all the information that I needed. They worked hard to work with me and get me the best car!! Very nice and I felt comfortable and in control.

Very friendly sales people. You may not get exactly the car you wanted at first. They help u build your credit. With the first car you get and if you make payments on time you become a preferred customer and they will up grade to a newer car . I did

Carhop sucks. Had my car in the shop they work with for over week and a half while vehicle was under 18,000 mile warranty and would not repair until I got current with my bill but without my vehicle and after paying for two tows I was unable to. They also said there was a $60 diagnostic fee. ( No shop charges for that, bunch if b.s.(

The manager Aaron at the South Havana store in Aurora Colorado gave me the run-around for two days then took the next 4 days off .By far one of the worst experiences I've had buying a car in my life. I bought a car that didn't work it broke down on me in 2 days nearly lost my job over it. It took them 3 weeks to get the situation taken care of. They're still working on it as of the date 10 . 20.18

Great service and fast

Very friendly staff. They were willing to work with me on an affordable down payment and gave me a referral for affordable insurance that was half what Geico was trying to charge me. The car I ended up with was reliable, affordable (not above KBB price like most used car dealers in the area) and had no problems. They also offer an 18 month/18000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission.

It was only one lady there that was trying to help 5-6 people at one time. My appointment was at 1:45, but didn't get out until 5:30. What should have took 1 1/2 took 4 hours. She did a excellent job, just wished she had more help.

First salesman Alex was not professional, constantly lied to my face when I was asking certain things he is someone I wouldn't reccomend dealing with. Luckily after talking with branch manager she put me with Megan she was great very detailed and told me exactly everything I wanted to no.i reccomend asking for her if you choose to go to this spot to purchase a car.
