If you are a business you have to wait for your order for as long as they like, since delivery time means nothing to them. Order was supposed to arrive within 5 working days. After 16 working days they have still not delivered the items and when I emailed them to ask for a refund I got this answer "As per our terms and conditions as a business you do not have a cooling off period and therefore are unable to cancel the order once confirmed", and that the items will be delivered in 3 days from today but after all this time waiting we don't need them any more as we had to buy from another vendor

Scam of a company, does not deliver on time or to specification, hides behind terms and conditions and fails to engage in meaningful resolution. Avoid avoid avoid!! Just read the reply, specifications, delivery date and an AM delivery were agreed in initial emails. Full cost of product was paid in advance. I am happy to post the entire time line of this debacle - it cosy our company profit and reputation as by the time they attempted delivery the event we required them for had passed. However please do not just take my word for it - look at the numerous negative reviews - there seems to be a common denominator. Avoid!

I have used this company for about 4 years and they used to be great, I even recommended them to a number of other companies but now they are basically, a fraudulent operation., My order was 3 months late and 1500 units short. We have given them every opportunity to refund us or deliver the missing goods but they just make excuses, nothing gets delivered and they are hellbent on not providing a refund. So basically, they have stolen money from us - that's all you can really call this at this stage. Theft. . The quality of the boxes has also taken a nosedive and it appears they are using a different Indian manufacturer than whoever they were using before. Just avoid this company, they are not legit.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Offered next day delivery, to be extra cautious I emailed them to say I needed it for a specific date as I was moving country. They told me they couldn’t fulfil the order and refused to cancel it saying it was with the courier (they then multiple hours later sent an email with my order details of leaving the warehouse). I had to leave a 750 TV at my old residence and have nobody in that country to ship it to me. I explained all of this and they got very defensive sending me their terms and conditions and showing little to no help. I feel as if I have been robbed of £200 and wouldnt advise my worst enemy to use this joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS In response to their response. The website stated UK delivery next day with no mention of Northern Ireland. When you go into the shipping dates the formatting is terrible so beside Northern Ireland it says next day delivery. I would agree it is a fair request to send the boxes back if it did not require me to book a flight from London to Northern Ireland. Again just deflecting blame rather than owning it and sorting it out, hence the 1.4 star overall reviews.

Boxes stated an arrival time of less than a week , they weren't delivered until 3 weeks after purchase date of then which I already had gotten a replacement due to their slowness.

Absolutely Abysmal - every order I've made has always either been wrong or missing something & nobody even contacts you to tell you (Can assure you I've made more than 1 through my company - different email address). Customer Service is just non-existent - so rude it's unbelievable - The lady I spoke to on the phone was blunt & unhelpful!

Like many i now read, i placed a order 08/08/24 Was given 13 ETA's due to breakdowns, floods but only got 2/3 of the order. Tried to cancel but they refused as my boxes are bespoke, They are only bespoke IF you make them. Ended up getting them to accept the order wasnt ever going to be completed in Jan 25. Still awaiting for the pro rota refund and Court hearing is due shortly. Avoid. They was once good, then bad and now the ugly.

I ordered a couple of large cardboard boxes and bubble wrap as part of an urgent move - delivery should have been within 5 working days. It took over 3 weeks to arrive, after my emailing and calling multiple times. I also requested to cancel as it had taken so long, but coincidentally, the order arrived the next day (at which point it was obsolete). It really can't be that difficult to send out boxes for a company with the name in the title! Bunch of clowns, avoid at all costs!

Only giving 1 star as no option to give zero. Goods never received. Placed order with a note included on 7th January. Cancelled my order on the 23rd January. Finally, on the 17th February received my refund. The note was ignored ~ customer service argued with me about there being no note! Lady in customer service was rude she did not appreciate that I had had constantly chase them and argued with me, in her frustration she annoyingly banged her mouse on her desk. I’ve had to chase for my refund. The most helpful person i spoke to was the IT guy! He followed up on my delivery query and actually did something. And I included him on my refund chaser ~ guess who sorted it! Yep… the IT guy!

Like other reviews, I wish I had looked on here first. I ordered a Mega Value Moving kit, boxes and bubble wrap, the boxes arrived but no bubble pack. £90 for very cheaply made boxes, very thin. They won’t protect much if they even stay together which is doubtful. As mentioned by others there is no phone number. Several e mails and nothing. We will have moved before they deliver what they are contracted to deliver. Avoid at all costs.

As I mentioned in my review, customer care often seems to be in an argumentative mode, which can be frustrating for customers like myself. To clarify the cancellation issue: we had raised a request but did not receive any response from your end. We were then advised that we could return the shipment, but the shipment arrived in three separate parts. Were you expecting us to return each part via separate couriers, potentially incurring three separate shipping fees? This seems unreasonable. After reading through numerous similar reviews, it’s hard to believe that so many customers have had the same experience with your company by coincidence. I would never recommend purchasing boxes from this company. Their customer service is highly unprofessional and rude. The support team seems more focused on arguing rather than resolving issues. I had ordered boxes for a house move, paying £8 for delivery, and was told it would arrive within 3-5 days. I placed my order around on early first week of January , but my order arrived in parts and wasn’t completed until 25 days later. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, I received no response. They don’t even provide a phone number, and after contacting them, all I encountered was rude behavior and refusal to issue a refund, even though the delay was their fault. After exchanging several emails, they now claim that they never provided a “guaranteed” delivery date, only a “tentative” one. I regret not checking their reviews before ordering; had I done so, I would have saved my money. One company had recommended them, but after this experience, we’ve advised them not to link their name with this unprofessional business. If they choose to respond, I can provide my order number for verification. Now, I’m stuck with the products and facing return charges. Given their poor attitude, I highly doubt I’ll receive a refund. It’s frustrating that they make the mistake, but the customers are the ones who end up losing money.

I made a bespoke order of 250 units) single-walled, partitioned boxes for my small business at the end of November 2024, and was quoted 3 December as a delivery date. That date passed, as did others, and despite multiple phone calls and emails no genuine update could ever be given on when the delivery would be made. Any dates that were given were missed, without warning or explanation. It being the run-up to Christmas, I was soon left unable to make deliveries of existing orders or take any new orders. It also being a bespoke order, they refused to refund me, despite being unable to deliver the goods I had paid for in good faith. Only after I instigated court proceedings in the middle of January did things start to move. Even at that point the eventual delivery was split with one part delivered a week later (the boxes were useless to me without the partitions). The boxes, now I have them, are inferior to anything I have ever bought before, arrived poorly packaged and were clearly of Indian origin (which I suspect is potentially the reason for the delay). The Trustpilot score of this company tells you everything you need to know. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. [cardboardboxes.co.uk - please don't add an explanation/excuse here that you were unable to provide at any point on the dozens of phone calls or emails that were sent over the last couple of months].

Order Number: 102965 UPDATE: I received my order today 31/1 after flurries of emails sent asking about my order and requesting for it to be cancelled. It was collected by Yodel on 30/1. I have upgraded the rating to 3 stars (I do think I am being too generous here). Definitely not the best experience - I am really disappointed being misled so many times. Buy at your own risk - be prepared to follow up consistently to ensure your order is fulfilled. PREVIOUS FEEDBACK: Please refrain yourself from placing any order. Trust all the reviews written here or you will end up like most customers here. The customer service will keep on misleading you with false information. 15/1 Wednesday: Placed my order. Delivery guidelines stated 3-5 working day timeframe. 20/1 Monday: Emailed them to ask if my order has been despatched and if there is a tracking number that I can monitor. 20/1 Monday: (Misleading Info #1) They replied confirming that my order will be delivered according to standard delivery timeframe (5 working days) which should be by 22/1 according to the order date. I received the tracking number from them. 24/1 Friday: Emailed them again because my tracking number never progressed since Monday 20/1 (Still 'With Sender'). 24/1 Friday: (Misleading Info #2) They replied with an apology and told me to expect carrier notification in the next 48 hours. 28/1 Tuesday: Emailed them again because I did not receive any notification from the carrier as they told me before. Asked them to be transparent if they have issue to fulfill my order. My order was so simple and straightforward - 2 boxes and 2 tapes, no customisation or whatsoever needed! 28/1 Tuesday: They replied with another apology and confirmed that my order will be delivered Thursday 30/1 or Friday 31/1. I replied telling them that I am 100% sure I was given another false information since my tracking number never progressed in the past 8 days (since 20/1) yet they had the audacity to tell me it will be delivered by 31/1. 30/1 Thursday: As expected, the tracking number never progressed. 100% it will not arrive tomorrow. Will be sending them an email to cancel my order. Based on the experience so far, I am truly concerned about them not refunding my order and I will have to opt for charge back.

Order Not Received I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This has got to be about the simplest business someone could operate and they still cant manage it. Ordered boxes for a 5 day delivery. 2 weeks later still not received. Lied to over email about the order having been dispatched. Company has now stopped communicating with me, refund request ignored.

I placed an order (#220113) worth approximately £2,000 on 1st October 2024, with the promise that everything would be delivered by October 15th. Unfortunately, it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. While part of my order (worth £540) was delivered on 25th October 2024, the rest remains undelivered as of January 2025. I have contacted the company multiple times, only to be met with vague excuses, false promises, or outright ignored. Their lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable for a purchase of this value. I trusted the company to deliver as promised, but they have utterly failed to meet basic customer service expectations. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company, especially if you're making a large purchase.

AVOID. The order was delivered on a wrong day. The box came flatpacked and damaged. Upon opening and building the box, it is the thinnest cardboard you can imagine, 1mm thick. The box is "purpose built" for TVs up to 85". I have had to reinforce the box with a roll of packing tape for the TV to stand a chance. Tried to lift the box and the handles (which you have to pay extra for) instantly ripped the box. Paid extra for form corners and bubblewrap. the bubblewrap wasn't even enough to cover the screen one time let alone provide any functional use. If I hadn't waited until the day before moving to see all this, this would've been returned immediately. Worst £43 I've ever spent.

I placed an order in November 2024 with this company for some cardboard boxes. I was assured I would receive delivery for the 16th December. 1 month after the assured delivery date, I still don't have the boxes despite continues emails and phone calls! A terrible company!

4 Weeks to deliver 4 boxes, waste of money as I had to find alternative boxes to ship the order. NEVER AGAIN

AVOID. Took 3 weeks to get my boxes & only did they send them after I sent an email asking for a refund. They ignored the refund request & immediately sent them out. Items missing from the order . Absolute shambles of a company & zero communication back.
