Absolutely shocking. I have ordered previously and had to change but I thought that after a year they may have changed but how wrong was i. Placed an order 11 days ago messaged, emailed and tried calling but no response whatsoever. I have customers waiting for orders that I cants send until I have the boxes. As a small business I can't afford to order more until I receive a refund which I'm not holding much hope on. Absolutely useless company.

Please save your money and look elsewhere. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with, from extremely poor-quality boxes to even worse customer service. I have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to return the boxes they sent me, but they ignore your emails. The boxes I ordered were single walled, which I had ordered from them before, but they have changed their product since my last order. These boxes were so flimsy, very badly cut and most had their sides glued together, which is common but when you try to separate the sides the cardboard just rips. I have sent them photos and a YouTube video (which they say they can not open !!!) to show the poor quality of the boxes, I have supplied all the information they require but it would very much seem that they do not care one bit about their customers and the poor quality of goods they send out. I have also read some of their replies within Trust Pilot, if they do reply to this one, please be assured that they are 100% aware of this case, and have just decided to ignore it so they do not have to refund my money.

Horrible experience do not use this company, took the payment but didn’t receive a confirmation of order on email. Had to email 3 working days later to even confirm they had received my order, rang two days after that to see if there was any update or tracking. Asked could I possibly get it emailed and rang again today for an update as I am getting anxious and needed an idea to work out if the products are going to be here or not so I can try and sort something else. Told it takes 24/48 hours for DPD to update them as they are slow to get back which I now believe is untrue as they haven’t obviously booked the order onto the system. Any other time a company sends DPD an email comes through from them with a two day notification date ONCE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENT. All they had to say yesterday was it wasn’t even ready instead of having me guess was it going to be today or as I was told on the phone maybe it could be Monday. Now after the call they have emailed Tuesday or Wednesday…. Just writing this as the lady on the phone was obviously sick of listening to me as it call was slammed off UPDATE: Finally got a refund through PayPal today, I hope everyone gets their money back from the company for product’s not received. Shameful on the owners happy to take peoples money and put the blame on the delivery company for issue when they haven’t even shipped the product. Put people under stress, cause disruption to other people’s businesses and make them feel they are in the wrong when you call looking for information. But the director happy to show all over LinkedIn them sponsoring local football clubs with new kits etc which customers pocket did that come from ????

We ordered Boxes on 02.09.24 and meant to be delivered with 3-5 working days. Despite several calls and emails and promises that the courier will contact us to deliver - nothing has happened and no box received 24days later and this has negatively impacted our business as we relied on this order. As a business we hoped what they have on their website is honoured or even the emails and calls made but I think its much better for us to share the experience. I wish we had a spot for 0-Star or just -1. So disappointed. We have had to raise a dispute with out Credit card issuer.

Still waiting for my order almost a month for a 5 day delivery. I’ve Lost a customer because if this . All I get is ‘you should get tracking order tomorrow’ found director on LinkedIn though! Was going for cashback but now doing small claims due to losing customers- you can give good answer because there isn’t one is there! UPDATE after emailing director today my order is now with DPD UPDATE- 01/10/24 ANOTHER order raised for delivery to DPD thus is something they obviously do to make you think it’s coming!! Small claims tomorrow

Initially they forgot my order for about 10days and sent it out the next day. However my order was missing one item. After chasing them a few times via email they have just said we will check. No updates it's been more than a month. Poor communication, poor customer service.

Not even worth a 1 star! I used Cardboard Boxes recently and had a terrible service. After a couple of weeks I contacted them for an update on my order, I was told they would contact their Ops department to chase it up. This happened a few times being given different delivery dates which never arrived. I requested tracking numbers but was never given any, in the end I said I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. Their reply was that it was a bespoke order and they couldn't provide a refund, it would be better to wait for delivery of the order. I informed them that in my opinion a small claims court might have a different view. The boxes arrived about three days after that. Delivery took over Six weeks after payment to arrive so I would not use this company again

It is ILLEGAL to charge a fee for a refund on an order which has not been shipped in the UK and I will be reporting this business to trading standards. Avoid.

Do not use Cardboardboxes if you need something quickly. Or at least in a reasonable time. 5 weeks to deliver 2 boxes and some bubble wrap. Absolute joke!!!

Ordered a TV box with protective foam corners and bubble wrap. Foam corners did not even constrain TV inside the box, and bubble wrap disent even cover a TV once. Despite buying extra protection, TV still damaged. Useless customer support flagrantly unconcerned by their selling of a bad product. Don’t waste your time or money. [update 04/09] The company claim in their reply to have no record of me raising my concerns. This is not true. I contacted them via the same email account used here several times (I will happily evidence this). The natural conclusion is that they are either dishonest, or totally incompetent. Either way, don't waste your time.

I've used this company before and received my items without any issues. I've recently used again and they provided a good service. I don't know what all these bad reviews are about. Probably competitors?

I have read the negative reviews but I can honestly say that this company did their best to help me with an urgent supply of boxes for a removal. 48 hour delivery. Five Stars well-earned in my book and great customer service.

It will be an insult to Hyenas to refer to this Company as such. They are scums of the earth and to be honest a zero rating will be consider far to good for such lowlife. There are no hope for such Company as integrity will never be part of their values which of course they do not have. Please run away if you spot these parasite in the distance as they are worst than street robbers. (UPDATE: 04/09/24) Cardboardboxes again trying to be economical with the truth. They had ample time/opportunity to resend my order. On the 13August'24 I received a correspondence from them stating that my details have been passed on to their dispatch team for them to rectify / send replacement. Then on the 15 August'24 another correspondence stating that my order was due to delivered. When I contact them on 19August'24 requesting tracking number they sent me the same old tracking number as per the original wrong shipment. At that point I realized I was dealing with shady characters. I strongly believe that my assessment is accurate and such characters should not be allow to trade and should be highlighted as SCAMMERS. Note to date no item delivered since Cardboardboxes claim it was resend. I only received my refund because I took action via paypal.

Update following merchant's response claiming that they initiated the refund. I don't believe that for one minute. It was reviewed by PayPal and they found in my favour - that's clear from the email they sent me and from the dispute dialogue online. If this merchant cared even just a little bit, the refund would have been actioned by then much sooner. This place is diabolical - 1 star is too much. AVOID! I originally ordered around £56 of materials on 3rd July. On 12th July I queried where the order was. I received a stock email saying normal delivery is within 5 working days. Well they'd already messed that up. On 15th July I chased them up again. Told them I'd read these dreadful reviews. Suddenly got told that my order would be with me in 48 hours. Order arrived on 18th July. All correct apart from the paper eco tape I'd ordered. They'd sent me plastic tape instead which costs less than half the price. They said they didn't want me to be without tape and said they'd refund the difference. I said they should pay for return shipping and refund all the price (of the paper tape). Heard nothing, so ended up raising a Paypal claim. Still no resolution from merchant, so Paypal just refunded me the money instead on 16th August. Just go to Davpack or other reputable suppliers instead. This place is a joke.

Looks like we've been done. 6 weeks waiting and no delivery. Company says 'refund not an option'. have reported to the police. I suggest others do the same to ensure these people are caught. Update: Goods eventually arrived after 7 weeks, thank goodness! Update 6/9/24: The response below is a lie! This company has no shame! This is such a shame as the goods supplied were actually okay and we would have been a very good customer! Cannot believe people like this exist. Update 10/9/24: Had I been informed from the very start that the lead time was going to be 7 weeks, or had I been told this on the numerous times I called instead of being fobbed off every single time, this could all have been avoided and there would have been no panic! Funnily enough, Emma told me I couldn't have a refund before I even requested one! I think this goes some way to tell people what most of your phonecalls are about!! You can turn this company around if you learn to be honest and upfront with your customers. No more lies!!

There is 1 star because I cannot give less. I purchased my boxes 13 days ago. Yesterday morning I called the company to cancel the order and ask for the refund, they didn’t want to do it through the phone so they suggested me to send an email. I sent it and got an answer that the order will arrive at some point but I need wait for it and then and only then, return it for the refund. Unbelievable. Also the return price and 20% fee will apply for return and refund. What a company. I only advice to order somewhere else, they are completely useless. They have replied now below that they cannot find me, of course you can. Order #93690, placed on July 18, 2024, don't lie to the people.

Very poor experience. Took to long to dispatch item. Very unhelpful on the phone. Trying to cancel the order as it took to long to dispatch and it's a £10 charge. (Unheard of for buying 1 box). AVOID

This is possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with, they constantly let you down on delivery, their customer services are non existent, the only escalation point is their "MD" who never attends the office! and when asked what his email address is, the reply was... "i cannot give out his hotmail email address" it really is the most unprofessional company i have come accross.

Absolutely foul customer service. Boxes fell well outside the advised delivery date and then were delayed again. Customer service couldn’t have cared less

I’d ordered the single wall corrugated cardboard from their website for packaging for retail orders. Another business had recommended them and I’d in person seen the backs they had received, so thought I’d order a good amount. Looking at the website the product imagery and listing shows professional clean cuts of cardboard, however once my order arrived the state the cardboard was in was absolutely SHOCKING. Clearly faulty from their suppliers. On each side they had been cut with a blunt blade, ripped, torn, pieces peeling off, dirty marks as if they were secondhand. I was appalled but thought I’d reach out to hopefully get replacements and have the faulty items collected, worst case get a refund. Nope. The company initially agreed they weren’t as ‘clean cut as they could be’, and once I’d further expressed they were ALL like this, it was now MY responsibility and at cost to ME to return them as the items were wrongly categorised as ‘unwanted’ as per their T&C’s (which they edited by the way once they sent me the link, and their product listing ((good thing I’d screenshots prior)). The items were faulty point blank. Their customer service regarding the matter showed complete disregard for my issue (which has now delayed a massive retail order for me) and came across completely uninterested. No offer of resolution at all, just pretty much ‘you sort it’. So overall, take it that once they have your money, they don’t care. Anything shown on their website, it won’t arrive as described. I’m now taking matters up with my bank as my emails are being ignored now, and I refuse to accept these as legitimate goods as advertised. Avoid avoid avoid!
