Shocking customer service. Placed and paid for an order on 13 July and as of 8 August my complete order has not been delivered. I have had to follow up numerous times, having to speak to the courier company too who informed me that they hadn't even received the packages. On trying to cancel my order, I was told this was not possible and no refunds would be issued. Stay away!!!

Terrible service, took 3 weeks for the boxes to arrive. There was no proactive communication about this at any point, I had to chase them repeatedly to ask where it was. One of the boxes never arrived and they never bothered to resend it because it only contained the “free extra”. The boxes themselves were very poorly selected as well. I ordered a 100 box large moving pack and a full 40 of those boxes were 9cm by 9cm, too small to even fit glasses in them!

Well, where to begin, ordered a long box and some packing material on July 13th. this had finally arrived, 2nd August. Long box of poor quality and arrived fold in three. As we are, in part a mail order business with a reputaion to uphold I have already packed and posted the item, unlike Cardboard Boxes we do strive to complete orders in a timely fashion. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with these people to think again. £26.87 wasted on poor service and poor quality goods.

Absolutely horrendous "company" - I suspect it's actually a drop-shipping scam as they have no knowledge whatsoever of the dispatch and shipping process. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered on 17th July told 4 day delivery.Its now the 26th and still no sign. They don't tell you who the courier is. Just tell you its the couriers fault .and that the courier will send an email.telling you when it will be delivered.clearly not.they just lie. This is definately a fraudulent company .don't send them any money . You won't get your goods or money back. !!

We paid £18 extra to receive a set of boxes 'next day'. It was actually delivered 5 days later, after we had moved out. Cue repeated refusals to reimburse the order, despite the fact they clearly didn't fulfill it properly! The thing is, they use Evri for deliveries, and Evri is the worst delivery company around. It's just disgraceful not to issue a refund when they should.

Poor quality, badly cut, made and packaged boxes, and vastly overpriced given that quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Boxes arrived 2 days after we moved when I phoned to chase delivery, I was told it was the couriers fault. The operator was rude and unhelpful. She told me to refuse the boxes when they arrived to our empty house and they would then refund my money. One month later I am still chasing the refund. Should have checked reviews before I ordered. Save yourself the grief, do not use them

Cannot give zero star review, ordered specific boxes for a shipment to the U.S.A 12/06/2023, no word on delivery, chased them by email and by phone, told them we wanted a refund and they said no. Boxes finally turned up 11/07/2023, no longer needed for the shipment. Awful delivery times and customer service. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID!

I can't give a rating lower than zero - this upset me. I no get my order and I call them lots but they keep my money

Probably the most horrific buying experience I’ve ever encountered. I never got my stuff and they have this woman. This grotesquely sassy old woman that works for them. She must really love her cheap cardboard because she sold it at at stupid price and took 15 days to part with it.

The items never arrived and i never got the tracking link that i was promised. I have waited almost a month now to receive some boxes to a major UK city. Worst part is, they refuse to refund me because "the items have shipped", but there is no evidence, as far as I can see. Interesting to note that they don't mention which carrier they use. Not a good business to work with.

A small delivery problem was resolved the very next day. Excellent communication and exceptional service. Great quality items, as described. Definitely advise use of these guys.

Avoid ordering at all cost.....This is a dreadful company to deal with. I place an order in the last week of May with, according to the company, a 5-7 day turn around. Towards end of first week in June I contacted them and they told me it would be with me by the end of the week. This continued every week with me contacting them, by emails they don't use the phone, to be told my order would be with me by the end of the week. This continued for 5 weeks and eventually I received a delivery at the beginning of the second week of July. Only half the order had been sent. I am currently trying to sort this out with the company who honestly don't appear to be that interested. There customer service and professionalism is shocking. Be warned, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering Its extremely noticeable that the company only replies to the very few positive reviews. I have not seen them reply to any of the negative ones...

I ordered boxes and they took about 10 days to arrive (which is why I gave 4 stars). The boxes were good quality and overall I’m very pleased. I must admit I got a bit nervy after reading other reviews here but thankfully that wasn’t my experience at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I spent two months waiting for the box and nothing. I lost 60€ and lots of time!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ZERO STARS. I have been totally scammed. I'm furious. I was waiting for an order for over two weeks - there's no contact number to reach them on, and all emails are replied to with out-of-office replies. Infuriating. How can they be getting away with this? Looking at other dismal feedback for this company sadly I'm not the first victim of their scam. I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards.
