Car Mats UK specialise is manufacturing tailor-made car mats for a wide range of vehicles. Our factory is based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. We offer the customer an huge amount of choice. You can pick the colour and quality of your carpet, add a coloured or patterned trim and upto 20 characters of embroidery text. We also offer 3mm and 4mm rubber in a number of different finishes, from raised penny to checkered effect. Customers can now also order semi-tailored seat covers, these are available in heavy duty or quilted material. Choose from black, grey, navy, green and electric blue. Customise by adding a coloured or patterned trim and upto 20 characters of embroidery text. All orders are manufactured upon offer and we aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days. Do not pay extra for the upgrade, the mats are thin and are very basic. I'd honestly say 20 pounds is enough to pay for the quality of the mats . Tey and send them back and they charge you for delivery.

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong boot liner (despite checking with the company via email in advance). Unfortunately I’m expected to send it back at my own cost, emails are now not being answered. I’ve sent photos of the incorrect boot liner but somehow it’s my responsibility to correct the mistake. Very poor customer service.

Excellent Service. The best company I have dealt with for a very long time. They are really friendly and helpful (just like the good old days) . Thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting replacement car mats.

Order a boot line for a new Defender @£225 and received them promptly. However, I noticed that some of the seams were not straight and therefore the liner wouldn't fit and looked awful. Here is where the problem started! I called and was told to email Support with pictures which I did and received an email to say I would be contacted within 5 days!! How is 5 days acceptable? After 5 days I called and was told that the company was struggling with an internal issue and also they were a person down in Support. I called back after another three days and at the third attempt spoke to someone who said they hadn't had time to look at my email. I asked if they could review it and they said they would be in touch by the end of the day. I called again the next day and couldn't get through to anyone. The same happened the following day, so I emailed. IO received a response from Naomi, who ended up being my saviour. Naomi apologised and chased the person who had the email and then corresponded with me asking me to send back the mats so they could repair the seams that were wonky. I emailed to say that this would be visible and I would prefer a replacement. I was sent a voucher and packed the mats up and drove 8 miles to despatch them. And waited.... and waited. 10 days later I called and couldn't get a response so I emailed Naomi who called me and said they hadn't been received. I produced evidence from the tracking that they had and Naomi physically went to her despatch department and found my mats. Three days later I received them back, however only half of boot liner was delivered back.so I had to contact Naomi and after she chased once they sent the remainder of the boot liner. All the hassle was a real shame as the bootliner is fantastic. Also, full marks to Naomi to for all of her efforts.

I had ordered carmats from carmats uk for my new Honda Jazz as per their instructions I had provided the details and p;aid for it but when the mats arrived the size was correct but the holes which should fit the front seat holes were not exat but wider So i emailed them of the problem now they are asking me to return the mats at my expense for replacement

Appalling service Absolutely appalling service I ordered 2 sets of their mid quality mats on 5th July 2023 based on their quoted 3 - 5 working day despatch. I telephoned on 13th to be told they were going out that afternoon and I would receive an email with a tracking number. I then received an email on Friday saying my order had been despatched but still no tracking number was provided. I telephoned today to be told it hadn't been scanned by Yodel yet but I was given what turned out to be a meaningless reference number that Yodels system didn't recognise. When I was told my order, which I'd been told had been despatched on Friday was waiting for its first scan at Yodel, which would either be this after or tomorrow morning. Really for something that had allegedly been sent on Friday. I find it hard to believe in this day and age that when everything is done electronically that it would take so long to be entered on their system if they had my order. Absolutely appalling service from a company that I would not recommend or ever use again.

Not fancy with the mats design, this company doesn't offer free refund. In light of this, I would suggest considering weather car mats or Maxx Car Mats instead.

Orders my new car mats using my car registration . Opted for additional colour trim . Arrived and the mats don’t fit my car . Contacted car mats and explained and it turns out they have sent mats for the wrong model However as I had opted for a personalised colour trim ( which i paid extra for) they won’t accept returns or refund Offered me 40% discount to buy the correct mats for my car Unbelievably poor service Stay clear

Arrived, wrong pattern, pics taken and informed within the hour. 9 Days later someone asked for me to send pics?? resent original mail plus new pics and asked if 9 days to wait for a reply is acceptable? Reply was pithy and a bit rude so, To be honest life's to short to be having to put up with a poor attitude from someone that has done you a dis-service. Quick to take the money, NOT great at dealing with issues, your holidays are not my issue, the volume of emails your colleague has to get through again not my problem. In good faith I paid prior to getting a chance to check your product...9 days to reply as it was wrong really POOR..POOR..POOR Oh and the smell sheeeshhh!! me eyes are still watering everytime I get into me van

[Order #135644] I ordered bespoke mats for my 2020 Yaris, the drivers mat does not fit, the holes for securing it are too far apart. I have emailed several times and phoned (straight to an answering machine) and have had NO RESPONSE from them. I have asked for a refund, but NO RESPONSE from them. Avoid using this company as they take your money but if there is a problem NO RESPONSE from them.

24/07/2023 - Final update - they gave me a full refund but what a hassle getting it sorted. 17 Jul 2023 Update - spoke with customer services (3rd time) who verbally agreed to offer a full refund (in the next 7 days). I asked for an email to confirm (Louise confirmed whilst on the phone (twice) it had been sent) but for some very strange reason it never arrives in my inbox or junk mail. Now when I call no one answers. Keep you posted!! 22/06/2023 The boot liner did not fit which is unacceptable. Worryingly and most concerning, they dismissed without consideration my complaint about the toxic odour coming from the product. This, above all, was most disappointing and has alarm bells ringing!! Customer services was not to the required standard and must be improved. I have requested a full refund which is pending their approval!

Took forever to get the mats delivered. Advertise 9-15 day delivery from date of order but I waited over 3 weeks. Had to chase 3 times to find out when I was going to get them. Quality was OK but wouldn't buy again.

I bought mats for my 2012 L322 Range Rover. The front mats they sent did not fit at all. The shapes cut, were totally different. I told them this and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and never heard anything back. I contacted them for an update and still, no one has gotten back to me as yet. Mistakes happen, I get that but here, they Stole/wasted my money and I would recommend you stay well away from them. 2/06/23 Update. I have just been issued a full refund, an explanation as to why I was not contacted and the mats are going to a charity shop. Regarding your reply. That's wrong, as you already contacted me, once I went live on Trustpilot and agreed, that I would update my review (which I did), as you gave me a full refund. Again, as a result of going on Trustpilot.

I left a two star review while awaiting My order for Citroen C3 2016- onwards Mat set. At the point which I left that review the mat set was well overdue. Took much longer than stated on their website . I was receiving email updates apologising for the delay but no explanation why they were delayed by such a large margin ? In fairness my mat set has now arrived and they are nice quality and I’m happy with them . I also received two further emails to apologise and the long awaited tracking info. Product I received is well made but communication could be a lot better . Gave a higher rating based on the Mat set quality alls well that ends well .

Can’t at this stage comment on the quality of the mats as they haven’t turned up yet. So at this stage based on my experience thus far not impressed. Paid for next working day delivery-£10 and they didn’t turn up next working day. Called them and to be fair refunded my carriage but then couldn’t confirm if the courier has actually collected them. All I was told after 2 telephone conversations is that I’ll have to wait for the courier tracking update as Car mats don’t know if they’ve been collected or not as they could be on a pallet of about 500 orders and the courier scans them all in when they get to the depot. All I have been told is that the delivery label was printed yesterday.(clearly not stuck onto anything though) so all in all based on my experience thus far not good. Would I at this stage recommend them- no given they can’t get the simple stuff right like delivering on a service a customer has paid for. IF they turn up tomorrow and I’m blown away I’ll edit this accordingly. However as of today I’d be tempted to go elsewhere. It’s a shame that in an age where we are heated for online business companies let themselves and their customers down by delivering poor service and then not having to face angry customers as it’s all via email or phone. The mats arrived later than paid for and they are very good quality and fit perfectly. Highly reccommemd the mats. The customer service however needs work.
